You want to have strong hair? You do not want to hear about hair loss? Then you have to think about proper shampoo, changing your habits and especially you have to think about good diet. Good diet plays important role to protect not only your hair but also to protect your overall health. You have to choose diet rich in significant minerals such as zinc, iron, iodine and calcium. Remember that minerals support all your body and they can also support your hair health. Start your treatment today and apply to you diet minerals that will make your hair stronger.
Zinc
Zinc is a significant mineral to protect your hair. It helps to secrete oil in the scalp (it decreases dry skin or dandruff – causes of hair loss). Also zinc is a crucial mineral that allows signals to pass from one cell to another – the key to your success is signal that orders hair follicles to continue growing. This is why you should add to your diet nuts (almonds, cashews etc.), beans, beef, seeds, pulse, meat and other foods rich in zinc.
Iron
Deficiency of this mineral is one primary reason for baldness. Iron is important since it produces hemoglobin – without it transport of oxygen around your body would be impossible. If you suffer from iron deficiency you reduce amount of hemoglobin and red blood cells and therefore amount of oxygen for your body and cells. This process negatively affects proper functioning epithelial tissues as well as rest cells and tissues. As you can see iron is really important to protect hair. You can find it especially in leafy greens (like spinach) or in meat, egg, broccoli, liver, banana etc.
Calcium
According to research from American Journal of Clinical Nutrition many women have noticed that certain types of shampoo lower level of calcium in hair and therefore increase hair loss. Calcium is significant nutrient for both bone and hair growth. Deficiency of this mineral can result in smaller and weaker hairs that are prone to fall out. You can add dairy products, broccoli, cheese, leafy vegetables in your diet.
Iodine
It is another significant mineral for your hair. Iodine keeps hair health by supporting thyroid glands. The most important job of thyroid glands is to control the way cells metabolize nutrients. If you do not provide enough amount of iodine your thyroid glands are not able to operate properly. Because of that metabolism in cells will be hindered and therefore cells growth in tissues will be slower (that includes your hair follicles or epithelial tissues). The best sources of this mineral are eggs and seafood.
So try to keep egg, meat, leafy vegetables, nuts, milk, liver in your regular diet to have strong hair.

Here are 10 tips to keep your hair strong, smooth, shiny and beautiful!

1. Keep your diet balanced, and eat protein and calcium rich foods. Stay away from junk foods! This is essential for healthy hair.

2. Foods and supplements to nourish your hair:

             * Beans
             * Yogurt
             * Almonds
             * Vitamin B
             * Fish
             * And of course, the magic potion for beauty - WATER

3. Before washing your hair, comb it well to make sure all knots has been loosened from your hair.

4. Before applying shampoo, use warm water (35 to 38 degrees Celsius) to run through your hair to rinse and wet it thoroughly.

5. When applying shampoo or conditioner, don't use your fingernails to scrape through your hair. Instead, use your palm and fingertips to massage your scalp and hair gently, in circular motions. This will help the circulation and also help to keep your hair shiny and smooth.

6. After rinsing away all the shampoo, run water over your hair for at least another half a minute (3 minutes is best) to ensure there are no remains of shampoo remaining in your hair, since this will cause a great deal of damage to your scalp.

7. When applying hair treatment products, do so just after you have washed your hair, so that your hair can absorb all the good stuff while it is half wet. This will be the best time for it to absorb nourishment.

8. NEVER go to bed with your hair wet! Hair that is half wet is most easily broken, and if you sleep during this time, your hair will be rubbing against each other, damaging your hair in the most terrible way.

9. Too much pressure may lead to hair loss! Relax... try some good relaxation methods such as soaking in a nice scented bath, listening to music, and eating healthy comfort foods such as strawberries and grapes.

10. Perming and coloring seriously damages your hair. Avoid it as much as possible. Also, when using hair setting products such as gel or putty, use as little as possible, because they hurt your scalp and hair. Wash them out thoroughly afterwards with a shampoo specially created for removing styling products.

খুশকি রোধে লেবু

*লেবুর রস খুশকি রোধে বেশ উপকারী। নারিকেল তেলে লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে মাথায় তালুতে লাগিয়ে কিছুক্ষণ রেখে শুধু পানি দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলে পরদিন শ্যাম্পু করুন।সপ্তাহে দুই বার করুন। খুশকি দূর হবেই।

*শ্যাম্পু করার পর এক মগ পানিতে একটি লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে চুল ধুয়ে নিলে খুশকি যেমন কম হবে, তেমনি চুল বেশ ঝকঝকে ও হালকা হবে
