Dear Neloy,
You can participate after completion of your graduation also you can participate by submitting your 4th year final exam appeared certificate. But its a good decision for you for growing a firm determination in the deep of your heart to be BCS Cadre. Its not a problem whether you are capable for appearing in the 34th BCS preliminary exam. My suggestion is for you keep track with the information and be updated as much as you can. Read at least Daily Newspaper, also international new and General Science, practice Math once in a day so that youcan answer all the question timely. Its very difficult to answer 100 question correctly within 60 minutes. Also you have to study Bangla Grammar and English Grammar also.

So study hard and best of luck.

I think from now on...it is totally a misuse of time to sit for the BCS Exam....at least in Bangladesh....the BCS exam holders have no chances or the actual right to have their real result!
