OpenDOAR
OpenDOAR is an authoritative directory of academic open access repositories. Each OpenDOAR repository has been visited by project staff to check the information that is recorded. This in-depth approach does not rely on automated analysis and gives a quality-controlled list of repositories. Four institutions of Bangladesh named East West University (EWU) using Greenstone, BRAC University using DSpace, Independent University Bangladesh (IUB) using DSpace and ICDDR,B using DSpace have been registered in OpenDOAR. to know more : http://opendoar.org/countrylist.php?cContinent=Asia#Bangladesh

Open Access
Open Access (OA) is the practice of providing unrestricted access via the Internet to peer-reviewed scholarly research. It is most commonly applied to scholarly journal articles, but it is also increasingly being provided to theses, scholarly monographs and book chapters.

INASP
International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP) is an international development charity working with a global network of partners to improve access, production and use of research information and knowledge , so that countries are equipped to solve their development challenges.

BanglaJOL
BanglaJOL is a project run through INASP funded by the Department of International Development of the British Government to encourage open access of information. It is a database of open access journals published in Bangladesh, dealing with the full range of academic disciplines including both paper based and online only publications. Aim of the project is to make participating peer-reviewed journals' high visibility, high readership and open access over the internet by providing access to tables of content, abstracts and full text. INASP initiated BanglaJOL in June 2007 and officially launched it in September 2007. To include a new journal on BanglaJOL,editors can contact BanglaJOL directly via email.

Institutional Repository
An Institutional Repository is an online locus for collecting, preserving and disseminating the intellectual output of an institution, particularly a research institution in digital form. For a University, this would include materials such as research journal articles, before (preprints) and after (postprints) undergoing peer review, and digital versions of theses and dissertations, but it might also include other figital assets generated by normal academic life, such as administrative documents, course notes or learning objects.
