Do you think watching english movie can improve our english?

It all depends on the person and their learning habits. I am a native speaker of English and I am learning Portuguese. It doesn't help with me at all if I'm watching shows or movies without subtitles. That's just my learning ability. Maybe when I become more far advance, then yeah I'll probably learn more through a movie.

yes it works if the person enjoys watching the movie and eh/she will be able to focus
