    Assalam O Alaikum Wrt;

    Hope all is hunky dory in your neck of woods, deo volente.

    If you want your computer to play Sura Ikhlaas (Sura 112) / or any sura every time you start your computer you can adjust the settings...if you know how to do it, fine, otherwise please read below :

    1 - Save the sura (sound file that can be played on media player) at a location where you want to keep it on your computer for good (for if you change the location later, it won't play).
    2 - Click "Start Menu"
    3 - Click "Control Panel"
    4 - Click "Sounds & Audio Devices"
    5 - Click the tab "Sounds"
    6 - From "Program Events" select "Start Windows"
    7 - Click "Browse" and select the file - Path would appear under "Sounds".
    8 - You can even check by pressing 'play button'
    9 - Click "Apply"

    And inshallah now your computer would play the Sura every time you start your computer. (This procedure is for XP...hope you have XP..for other versions, the procedure is the same, only the button/tab names might be different)



Please see that I could not attached the file here, as the said file is far too larger than the allowed file size of zip files here on the forum. However, you can even record your own recitation (if you don't know, please tell me, Inshallah I hope I'd be able to assist), and rest is simple (as stated above). Still if you want, I can send you the sound file of any sura you want from Holy Quran , give me your email and by will of Allah SWT, the sura you want would be in your inbox.

Quran with Tafseer Software

Quran Majeed Software

Quran Majeed Software is used to read the Holy Quran in Arabic, Urdu and English Languages with different Navigation styles. It also has 114 Suras and 30 Paras hierarchal Index from there you can directly access any Sura or Aya, you can change the language font and can search in Urdu Translation (Molana Fateh Muhammad Jalandhari) and English Translation (Abdullah Yusuf Ali).

Sura Index:
Sura Index tab has one hundred and fourteen suras, each sura has its ayas in the hierarchy, e.g. sura Fatiha has Seven ayas and sura Baqara has two hundred and eighty six ayas, you can read whole sura by clicking the sura name and can read a particular aya by clicking its node in the tree.

Para Index:
Para index tab has thirty Paras, each Para has its suras in the hierarchy, e.g. Para ten has two suras, sura Anfal and sura toba, you can read whole Para by clicking the Para name and can read a particular sura by clicking its node in the tree.

View Mode:
There are three View modes for exploring the Holy Quran:

(1) Sura Mode: In this Mode you can read the Whole Sura and can navigate through Next/ Prev Sura buttons.

(2) Para Mode: In this Mode you can read the Whole Para and can navigate through Next/ Prev Para buttons.

(3) Fixed Aya Mode: In this Mode you will enter the number of Ayas and can navigate through Next/ Prev Page Buttons.

Mouse pointer with "Azkur Allah"

Just follow the following steps and mouse pointer on your screen will always have the words "Azkur Allah" tagged with it - a good reminder to do the Zikar, inshallah.

1 - Save the attachment on your computer (where you wanna keep it for keeps)
2 - Hit 'Start' on left bottom of your screen
3 - Go to Control Panel
4 - Click "Mouse" Icon
5 - Click on "Pointers" tab
6 - Hit "Browse" at right bottom and give the path where you have saved this attachment.
7 - Click "Apply"
8 - Restart your computer

And now inshallah mouse pointer is more meaningful, and on top of it, won't 'distract' when you are using it on active applications!.
