It is very important to discuss about the class lecture after end on the class. Often student try to do it at the class room. At the end of the class there is enother class in the class room. Sometimes at the end of the class there is no class schedule also. This time student discuss about the class lecture. But the Clark (we call mama) come & tells us to leave the class. If we ask why, then he informs us that he will close the class room. If we say no, now we don’t go, then he tell that it’s a rules from the authority. Please omit this rule & ensure friendlier environment.

It is very important issue. recently we are facing very much about shortage of classroom. Maximum extra class are overlapping. Please consider this problem............

We hope, classroom problem will be solved as soon as possible, so that students can discuss their lecture related problems after the class.....

Try to see the positive side.In earlier time students did so but most of the time they left rooms switching on the AC and lights.To prevent this sort of misuse management went for this.In prince plaza their are extra rooms where students can discuss(Counseling room).In the open space ( Besides the lift) there are chairs for sitting arrangement too.Students can do discuss in the library also.Which is more comfortable to discuss with better sitting arrangement.

i am fully agree with Ms. Aziz. why class rooms?? we hv a excellent library. try to utilize ur library properly. it should better 4 u and ur friend also.

As we know that library's 5th floor is for group discussion. We can easily utilize this for group discussion. It will also reduce some pressure from the campus.

Day by day students is increasing but what about class room & library? It is very unfortunate that all of our honorable DIU staff does not understanding this point & they are totally disagree with his issue.  What about our main campus? A single student problem is a problem & authority has to ensure all facilities. But alas! They don't find any logic in this fact.

If there is no class schedule in the class room, what’s the problem if student sit there & discuss about study?

Dear All

Thank you all for discussing this issue and help us to improve more.  We have not only sufficient class room now rather we have extra but we normally discourage students to seat inside the classroom after class due to save electricity and miss use of resources. Moreover we have sufficient space for group discussion at our library.

But still considering these facilities, authority is going to build more study/counseling room at main campus and Price Plaza and our beloved students can use these very soon.

Please please go to DIU library more and more as it is the best place to study and read. Many times i find our library with few students. Do group-study and utilize the resources of the library.

You are right Mr.Shahin, I agree with you. Library is so far from our Prince Plaza, so, if we want to group study in our break time, it is impossible, because it wastes  about 30- 40 minutes to go to Library and  return Prince Plaza. Sometimes, we do not get an enough place to sit in the counseling room. That is the time we sit on the floor of the veranda. Today, I and 10 of our friends sit on the floor more than 3 hours on 7th floor at Prince Plaza.

Anyway, I hope, authority will give us enough study room at Prince plaza as soon as possible.

Library is the place for study & group discuss of course. We need a preparation or a group needs to be preparation to go in the library. But after end of the class is a certain discuss about class. It's a very small & for a time being. Please remember that, the subject of this post is to stay or leave the class room after the class.

A common problem in library is that, there are 2 tables. One is using by four students thought the table can take 10 students. In this time some students come & they go to another table was blank. They are also 4/5 students. Now see, two tables takes 20 students but here it is 10 students. Now, if a group comes for study what they can do?

Thanks Mr. Kazi Shahin for your effective reply .You find out the realy problem that occurs in the library and my advice to you please try to understand them the realy problem to leave the unused chairs for the others and by telling politely ,I belive the overall problem will be solved because all are the students of same university.
