Practice makes a man perfect

Practice means constant use of one's intellectual and aesthetic powers. Perfect means 'ideal', complete and excellent'. Proper planning and practice promote perfect performance. Practice depends on training and it means repeating an activity. Constant practice also sharpens talents.

One has to follow certain qualities to be perfect. These are hard work, strong well power, faith, tolerance, positive approach, self confidence and dedication. The quality that prepares one for all other qualities is practice. One should not stop practicing and be satisfied until one achieves perfection.

Practice is the best way by which one can achieve perfection. Practice makes one feel and understand the same idea or thing again and again. The more one practices, the more errorless one becomes. One doesn't repeat the errors that were done previously.

Practice begins in the cradle and ends in the grave. Right from childhood, man practices various activities like talking, reading, writing, eating, cooking etc. For learning an art or any activity, one needs constant practice. The child practices speaking first by learning the alphabets, then the words, sentences and finally the speech. The child through repeated practice reaches perfection in speaking. One can't ride a bicycle or a motor bike or drive a car at the very first instance. One needs practice till one achieves perfection in the same. The same method applies to other areas too.

Perfection makes art survive the test of time. Such works of art give joy to generations. There is no end of practicing while learning fine arts, viz, music, dance, drama, painting etc. Writers put their imagination into words. They express their emotions feelings and ideas by writing. The perfection in their style of writing is some how dependent on practice. They never consider the popularity gained by one book as the end of their practice.

Practice or 'riyaaz' plays an important role for a musician to become perfect. Music can't flourish without 'riyaaz'. Every good musician takes proper education or 'talim' from his master or guru. Only laborious process of education can make one a perfect musician. Dance is the expression of one's deep-emotion by the movements of the body. To achieve perfection is this art, co-ordination between the body and the music matters the most. This co-ordination is achieved only by practice. The painter expresses his thoughts and ides on a canvas with the help of colors. A single curve can change the expression of the painting. Practice make a painter perfect. But is it is not the same case always. They are some inborn. Without practice they can draw very well. Still practice make their work better.

Perfection is necessary in every shape of life. Perfection in shooting is an essential quality that the Defence personnel possess. Practice is essential in law and medicine too. Surgery can be mastered by practice. Even the practice of cooking enables one to get the perfect taste one wants. Thus, from the kitchen to the office, practice is needed to gain perfection in every field.

A person cannot be perfect is every sphere of life. It is quite natural to have certain deficiencies. But once can practice repeatedly to lessen the deficiencies. One may face difficulties during the course of practice. One should not feel dejected in such a case, He should overcome them in order to achieve perfection.

Practice enables a person to reach the heights of success in all walks of life. Practice develops outstanding qualities in one's character. Practice not only brings perfection but also helps in building character. Thus, it is practice that makes a man perfect who can face every challenge in his life.
