What is "Development Adda"?

Acctually I dont know about what is development adda? If any can dive me some idea about the Development adda, then i will come to add this adda.

Dear nature,
We all are friend in DIU forum. Every Forum has some rule that "Do not make any post once again". When Ms. Rabeya posted about "Developmental Addah". She said to me sorry and wanted to delete her post. That was her first post, so I told her " don't delete this post". As I have seen that time, about 4 person had already commented into her post.

So, never mind, you should delete this post because Rabeya and myself have already posted about "Developmental Addah". You can post under the "Developmental Addah" of us.

Yes, you can join in "Developmental Addah".
