The Moral of the image-stream..

>> Accept the Pain, Future will be Fruitful

>> Don't feel the work you are doing is pain, because there will be always a reason for that pain or work.

>> So face the pain, for the pain you face, there will be definitely happiness ahead.

>> "Don't ask for a lighter load, but pray to God for a stronger back"

Mr Ansary

Very grateful to see these images and gives us these lessons...
It is very fruitful to our self specially we students...We feel study is a big burden which gives us pain...
but we dont have any idea that it build our mind and refines our sensibility...We must have broaden our outlook and that is possible when we study a lot and dont feel pain...
Who does not feel, study is part of our life then that person must feel pain when who get and continue the job...

I request these images must see all of the students...Then it will be really good.

Best Regards

Not only the students, this moral can aid all throughout life if we all be serious to take load in every sphere of life.

Load is not a burden, it is rather a kind of elixir to head forward for achieving goal. Load would strengthen oneself in case of difficulty.

How to Take on a Heavy Work Load While Having Little Time
« Reply #6 on: February 15, 2011, 06:20:17 PM »
Are you swamped with too much work in your day-to-day affairs? Are you familiar with the phrase that says, "There is just not enough hours in the day to do everything?" It is natural to feel like the work you have to carry out is an overwhelming burden; however, there are steps you can take to simplify your daily routine. You will learn how to handle an excessive workload while only having a little time.

Undertake Simple Steps to Naturally Reduce Your Pressure

It may seem strange but you need to lighten up. You are likely to become more stressed out and receive a drop in your performance if you experience too much tension; therefore, it is necessary to relax. Take a deep breath and laugh at something every now and then.

Do not let Your Schedule Work against You

I hope you do not spend several hours at one point in time doing something. This can drive you insane and tire you out physically. Periodically take a break by walking around for a few minutes and getting a drink of water or briefly sitting down while getting some sleep. After you take breaks, you should be refreshed and more productive while being able to think more efficiently.

Allow Your Priorities to Provide Excellent Guidance

Make sure you complete the tasks you absolutely have to do. Start working on the more important projects first. Once you complete the most important tasks first, do as much of the less important ones as it is possible.

Attempt to Make Your Work less of a Chore

Although there is not much of a guarantee you can do all of what you must do in the amount of time you are given on any particular day, you can make your process a little less daunting. If there is any task that is too challenging or difficult to figure out, drop it and focus on the things that are easier to master. If you quickly get the easy tasks out of the way, you will not waste as much time if some of the things in your agenda are complicated.

Keep in Mind that You are not an Island

When you are saddled with too much work, make an attempt to divide it up with others. If you can afford it, hire an assistant or your own staff to do some of your work.

Make an Adjustment in Your Schedule

If you are having trouble finishing everything during your normal shift, start arriving early and leaving late. Take some of your work home if you must. Perhaps your family will be willing to help.
