Pain killer……!!
« on: October 29, 2010, 02:01:36 PM »

We take pain killer to get instant result. But, its have lots of bad effect. It can damage your kidney and other limbs. We should not take much pain killer.

Is there any alternative of pain killer?

You are right. Mr. Limon, every drag has a lot bad effect. But we cannot avoid it. Sometimes we know and take it or sometimes we don't know and take it.

sometime we have no alternative of drug. That time we can take this.
But some problem of our body recovered automatically and it take little bit time. If we use drag for quick recovery, problem will be solved but next time boy recovery system doesn't work properly.

This type of massage i haired from medical experts. I'm just trying to share basic thing. Medical expert can able to express this massage more effectively with reference and using medical term.

Yes there is alternative..
That is your strong determination which gives you peace ..Without peace you cannot well sleep..
Drug are not the solution of any sickness specially sleeping disorder...Why you have to depend something else for your peacefulness?...If you think you are the one who can face everything what you like or dislike then you will get a good position in your heart ..Just believe when you want something, the whole Universe conspires to help you realize your desire ...Be confident avoid confusion....

Be cool and Be positive

Warmly
BIDITA

Thanks girls and guys for yours valuable comments. Health is wealth it is a very common to all. But how many we are careful about our health? I don’t have any correct statistic about smokers and drug addicted people. But its true that drug addicted people can not live so longer. The probability of normal death of these people…… ::) ::) ::).

Please give-up all kinds of bad habits for a wonderful life. Your life is not only for you. Your life is concerned with your parents and your loved one.

Pain killer gives us instant remove. Though it is harmful but sometimes we need to take this as treatment might not possible to start suddenly. We should not take painkiller regularly.

Killing pain is sometimes essential. it is true that having pain killer is bed for our body but sometimes pain can harm our body more than a pain killer. so it is very much important to every man and women to have some medicine with suggestion of registered doctor for removing their serious pain, but not always.

Its easy to say to wait  for removing pain but difficult to tolerate.Think u r getting severe bad headache and tomorrow is your most important exam , u cant read at all what will you do wait for the pain to fade away or u will take a painkiller to get rid of this?I am sure you will go for the second one. There are different types of pain in our limbs some can not be tolerate and some sometimes. We can prevent ourselves to get pain in some cases like if you know for which reasons you may get headache then try to avoid doing those thing .for example u know if you dont sleep sufficiently u may have bad headache then dont be late at night to go to bed,you know if you watch TV for a long or work with PC you will get the headache then minimize the duration.Headache is a very common incident in our daily life. For some pain there is no other choices rather than painkiller.I do agree with Suraiya "Pain killers cannot be always avoided. Rather then scientists should try to remove side effects from the pain killers"
We may avoid taking pain killer regularly if the pain is not that much severe. There are some ppl who take painkiller like crispy rice for ordinary ache which is very harmful. Finally no medicine should be taken without physicians advice.
