Dear Aunoo,

Spur means to encourage somebody to try harder to achieve something. In the heading 'President spurs MPs', President wants to encourage MPs so that they may try hard to achieve their goal.

Bigotry is a noun that means the state of feeling or the act of expressing, strong, unreasonable beliefs or opinions. The sentence 'keeping Bigotry out' suggests staying that feeling or action out or avoid them.

Hope this clarification will help u to understand the words.

Thanks a lot for your interest to explore the meanings of the words.
