An organization's fate depends on interview and recruitment.

Whenever a person is recruited through an interview, he becomes a part of the organization.
His positive or negative contribution impacts the organization's image accordingly.
An employee can be self motivated, mindful to his duties and honest to his works.
Recruiting this type of employee improves the situation of an organization. He brings blessings for the organization.
Again a person can be personal benefit oriented, lack of enthusiasm and dishonest. Hiring this class of employee deteriorates the image of an organization. More over it takes efforts to monitor him time to time.
During interview many criterion are checked. But the most important criteria should be the basic nature of the person.
