Educated and trained in USA, Japan, Norway and in Bangladesh, Quazi takes pride in his excellent track record in teaching, training, and consulting in the areas of organizational and human resources development for the last 8 years. Apart from teaching at the School of Business at North South University he has been providing consulting services to numerous private, nonprofit, donor and public sector organizations. He also conducted training sessions in Katmandu, Nepal in October 2000.

Quazi earned his MBA degree from the University of Dhaka and holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the Japan-based International University of Japan (IUJ). He also completed a Certificate in International Management program from New York University (NYU), USA, and a Certificate course in Energy Planning and Sustainable Development from the University of Oslo, Norway. He financed all his education abroad through scholarships and fellowships.
A dynamic teacher, trainer, speaker and author, Quazi provides professional and personal development services to a wide range of companies and individuals. His clients range from SMEs to MNCs in the private sector, private universities, donor agencies, NGOs and government projects.  His practical approaches to training coupled with his high-energy presentation style make him a respected professional in the training and consulting industry.

Quazi co-authored a textbook on Human Resource Management for the Bangladesh Open University (BOU) and edited another on Entrepreneurship for agriculture diploma students at Bangladesh Agriculture College, Dhaka. On several occasions Quazi appeared on national television to talk about business communication, entrepreneurship aspects. He has a strong presence in the community development activities; he is one of the founders of the Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals Forum (YEP Forum) and Juniors Chamber Bangladesh—both organizations committed to developing young entrepreneurs and professionals in Bangladesh. His specialty areas and interests include entrepreneurship, strategic planning, leadership skills development, organization development, SME development, and business communication.
