People from Northern districts of Bangladesh have been affected by monsoon flood and the situation is getting worsened day by day. In this situation, as a responsible citizens of the country, our students, faculty and administrative members are planning to stay beside the flood affected people. We want to work for the flood affected people and thus preparing ourselves and come up with some plans as well as collecting funds from different departments and clubs.
In the 1st phase, our students are going to support the people for the survival from the immediate reaction of the disaster. They are planning to visit the affected areas on 25 and 30 August with some relief items (including dry foods and medicines). After the visits, we will work for developing a model village from the flood affected areas, where our students from different departments will be assigned to repair schools and support teaching to change their economy finally under the social lab.
