Entrepreneurship Department of DIU, under the name of eminent entrepreneurs of Bangladesh, has taken on initiative to develop 500 new entrepreneurs (30% women entrepreneurship) in the country within next 5 years under the project "Are You the Next Startup" ?
Finally, 10 candidates got the scholarship under "Are You the Next Startup" in its second phase. They will avail chance to enroll in 4 years graduation program on Bachelor of Entrepreneurship under department in Summer 2017. The scholarship result was officially announced on May 14, 2017 at the conference room of the university by Mr. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, BoT, DIU in presence of ather high officials of DIU.
The Scholarship winners are : Naima Jahan (Tangail), Md. Nahidul Islam (Bhola), Farhan Ejaj (Dhaka), Sanzoy Paul (Thakurgoon), Tauhidur Rahman Adil (Brahmanbaria), Farhan Shahriar (Jhalokathi), Sadia Akter Shammi (Bhola), Md. Rafiujjaman (Dhaka), Md. Ujjal Islam (Thakurgoon) and Md. Ahsan Habib (Natore).
