As a part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2017 hosted by DIU. Department of Entrepreneurship DIU organized "Entrepreneurs Meet" Mr. Abdul Matlub Ahmed, President, India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industries (BCCI) was present as the Chief Guest and told, after completion of higher education, if the graduates don,t get effective job, then the only solution is to become an entrepreneur and create job opportunity for others. He urged the government and the private organizations to come forward to develop infrastructure, ensuring easy loan process and creating business friendly environment. He also said, there is no age limit to start a business Just to start, set your goal and achieve that. Setup your mind, be focused and learn.
Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Khan, Former Education Secretary to the Government was present as the Special Guest.
In the presidential address Mr. Sabur Khan said that, creating lots of entrepreneur is a solution to unemployment. Realizing this situation. DIU has stressed upon entrepreneurship in Bangladesh. He also said that every problem is an opportunity.
On the meet, country's renowned five young entrepreneurs took part in a discussion session.
