Cinnamon Lowers Blood Sugar Levels and Has a Powerful Anti-Diabetic Effect

Cinnamon has the highest antioxidant value of any spice. It has been shown to reduce inflammation and lower blood sugar and blood triglyceride levels. Cinnamon has also been used to alleviate nausea and to increase sensitivity to insulin and aid in fat burning. It provides manganese, iron and calcium. It’s antimicrobial properties can help extend the life of foods.
 
Turmeric Contains Curcumin, a substance with powerful Anti-Inflammatory effects

turmeric contains curcumin, which can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Curcumin is a remarkably powerful antioxidant, helping to fight oxidative damage and boosting the body's own antioxidant enzymes. It can improve brain function, fight Alzheimer's, reduce the risk of heart disease and relieve arthritis

Garlic Can Combat Sickness and Improve Heart Health

Garlic supplementation is well known for combatting sickness, including the common cold. There is also convincing evidence for beneficial effects on heart health. For those with high cholesterol, garlic supplementation appears to reduce total and/or LDL cholesterol by about 10-15%. Garlic supplementation to cause significant reductions in blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. It also destroys cancer cells and may disrupt the metabolism of tumor cells.

Ginger Can Treat Nausea and Has Anti-Inflammatory Properties

It can decrease motion sickness, morning sickness, sea sickness,  and nausea; may also relieve pain and swelling associated with arthritis. It also appears to have strong anti-inflammatory properties, and can help with pain management

Peppermint Relieves IBS Pain and May Reduce Nausea

It has traditionally been used to calm digestive troubles (Irritable Bowel Syndrome-IBS) and alleviate nausea. Many people enjoy a tea made from peppermint or spearmint leaves, and the volatile oils in both have been used in breath fresheners, toothpastes and chewing gum. Externally, the oil or tea can be used to repel mosquito.

Black Pepper

Black pepper is one of the most common spices in the world packed with many health benefits. It has an ability to reduce inflammation and excess gas, optimize gastrointestinal action, and regulate enzymatic reactions. Black pepper helps control heart rate and blood pressure and prevent cancer due to its antioxidant properties.

Cloves

Cloves have anti-microbial properties, which help in fighting oral diseases. They also are good for boosting the immune system, preventing cancer, and preserving bone health.
 
Mustard Seeds

Mustard seeds are packed with organic compounds and volatile oils that can boost your overall health. They are also a wonderful source of B-complex vitamins, which are essential for normal functioning of your organs.

Nutmeg
