RANCON RED (Real Estate Division) is looking for Marketers in Senior Executive/Assistant Manager positions. The Marketer will need to provide first-in-class marketing platforms, programs and materials that support the sales teams and other departments through collaboration and by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, lead generating events and internal initiatives. With responsibilities ranging from determining and purchasing promotional items to planning and implementing a marketing campaign, the Marketer will need to bring strong attention to detail and organization to all projects. The Marketer will also enable clear communication and foster a division-wide culture of teamwork, serving as the point of contact between the marketing, sales and executive leadership teams. S/he will manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, creative agencies and advertising and PR firms to ensure alignment with the SBU's brand and standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, skilled in facilitating collaboration across the organization's departments and teams and with external parties.
Requirement: Bachelor in Real Estate
