প্রাথমিক চিকিত্সা ও স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতা

হঠাত্‌ করে কেউ কোনো দুর্ঘটনার কবলে পরলে রোগী নিজে এবত্‌ তার আশেপাশের মানুষজন সকলে হতবিহ্বল হয়ে পরে৷ অনেক সময় উপকার করতে যেয়ে দেখা যায় যে রোগীর আশেপাশের মানুষজন তার ক্ষতি করে ফেলে স্বল্পজ্ঞানের কারণে৷ প্রাথমিক চিকিত্সা সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে এ পরিস্থিতি এড়ানো সম্ভব৷ এই বিষয়টুকু যদি মানুষের জানা থাকে তাহলে দেখা যায় রোগীকে হাসপাতালে নেওয়ার আগে রোগী এমন কিছু চিকিত্সা পেয়ে যায় যা দেওয়ার জন্য ডাক্তারের প্রয়োজন হয় না এবং এতে করে রোগী মারাত্মক কোনো ক্ষতির কবল হতে মুক্তি পায়৷

নিম্নোক্ত অসুখগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে প্রাথমিক চিকিত্সা কি হবে তা নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে -
১.     সাধারণ সর্দি জ্বর
২.     পানিতে ডোবা
৩.     বৈদু্তিক শক
৪.     পোড়া
৫.     বিষক্রিয়া
৬.     জলাতন্ক
৭.     সাপে কাট
৮.     সড়ক দুর্ঘটনায় প্রাথমিক চিকিত্সা
৯.     স্বাস্থ্য রক্ষায় সঠিক খাদ্য গ্রহণ
১০.     বার্ধক্যে স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যা ও প্রতিকার
১১.     রোগীর যত্ন
১২.     ধূমপানে বিষপান তাই আজই ধূমপান ছেড়ে দিন
১৩.     ফল খাওয়ার উপকারিত

It is something important for survival and let me explore opportunity to organize a workshop on it! Anyone from this discussion welcome to take lead ( May be this is a great way for becoming LEADER, dealing crisis with possibilities around).
