In winter perhaps as most people avoid water in winter because it gives them a chill. Its only a possibility though...

drinking fresh friut juice can be another alternative...besides warm water.

2 glasses of water after waking up -  helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed -   avoids stroke or heart attack

Water is very important element for our body. In summer our internal level of water decrease because of sweating. so we have to drink 5 litters of water. But in winter we do not have much water.

An adult person should drink minimum 8 glasses of water....water removes wastes & harmful toxins of body...again, boiling chill water during winter & wait for its endurable temparature to drink can be helpful for us.

We should drink pure drinking water.We can also avoid cold diseases by drinking hot lemon water in winter season.

Warm water with honey & lemon is very much effective for burning fat.
