Department of Real Estate, Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University is going to a Seminar on “Application of ArcGIS (Software) in Real Estate Marketing & Management” on 06th November 2018 at Computer Lab-713, 7th Floor, Daffodil Tower-DT, 4/2 Sobhanbag, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1207. The Resource Person of the seminar is Mr. Saiful Islam (Urban Planner, Photogrammetry, GIS and Survey Expert of Global Survey Consultants). Mr. Saiful Islam is a Graduate of Urban and Regional Planning, BUET. He has extensive working experience in both public and private sectors, and with multilateral and bilateral organizations. In addition he is a regular guest lecturer at Jahangirnagar University and Bangladesh Institute of Planners on ArcGIS software. This initiative is a part of hands-on learning (learn directly from industry professionals/experts) for GIS-301: Geographical Information System in Real Estate course. In addition to ArcGIS software, Mr. Saiful Islam will cover the technical demonstration of GARMIN Handheld GPS. That’s why we have planned for four lectures as follows:

2. 30 October 2018 - Tuesday - 10.00 AM-12.00 PM (Practical Class)
3. 05 November 2018 - Monday - 2.30 PM-4.30 PM (Practical Class)
4. 06 November 2018 - Tuesday - 10.00 AM-12.00 PM (Seminar)
