‘Gonit Pathshala’ of Daffodil International University (DIU) became Champion in National Digital Innovation Award -2011 in e- Learning & Education category at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theater. A total of 80 institutions under different ministries and departments and six others private organizations have been displaying their services in the fair.
The Champion team comprised with the students of Software Engineering Department of Daffodil International University. The team Members were : Md. Mamun Hoque, Antara Sarkar, Mahmudul Hassan & Riyad Hossain
The Digital Innovation Fair 2011, scheduled for 6-8 July 2011 at the Bangabandhu Navotheater-Dhaka, is the national show case of Digital Bangladesh progress since 2009. The fair is being organized jointly by the UNDP-supported Access to Information (A2I) Program of the Prime Minister's Office, Dhaka Divisional Commissioner's Office and the Ministry of Science and ICT. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has set up a large and nicely decorated stall in the fair. The Honorable Prime Minister (PM) of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the program & visited the stall.

www.gonitpathshala.org provides a platform for the students to learn mathematics. This is the only mathematics learning website in Bangla language. Any one can join and learn or teach math through this website at free of cost in Bangla.
The website has two parts. One is for school and college level students and teachers and another for general people who like math. All categories of this website are about math. Math learning materials like Articles; Video Tutorials for school- college students will be included shortly in ‘Tutorial’ category. Students will find many video lessons of their text book which can help them to understand the topic easily. The lessons are not the solution of exercise, these are the discussions of basic concepts generally which are not provided in school or college.
Gonit Pathshala is a platform for Bangladeshi people where anyone can share their math related thoughts and idea from home and abroad. This website is the only community where people are free to be math freak.
