SWOT Analysis:

SWOT:
        S=Strength
        W=Weakness
        O=Opportunity
        T=Threats

Strength (S):
Depends on-
•   Goodwill/Reputation
•   Past Experiences
•   Committed to the customer and society.
•   Human Resource/Staff Care
•   Research & Development (R&D)
•   Training facilities
•   Office environment

Weakness (W):
Depends on-
•   Target Achievement
•   Organizational Structure
•   Unfinished Product
•   Lack of team spirit.

Opportunity (O):
Depends on-
•   Finished Product
•   Existing Customer Satisfaction
•   ICT is the trust sector of Bangladesh,
•   Overseas exposure

Threats (T):
Depends on-
•   Employees: Switching of trained up employees not in a proper way.
•   Technology Change: The Information Technology is updated rapidly, so company has to match with global contest.
•   Fixing Target
•   Lack of Motivation
•   Customer's emotions.
•   In one sense, the weakness can be the threats to the company.
