কিভাবে অনেকগুলো পিডিএফ ফাইলকে একটি ফাইলে পরিনত করবেন:

কয়েকটি পিডিএফ ফাইলকে একটিতে করার কিছু সুবিধা রয়েছে, এতে আপনার ফাইলগুলো এলোমেলো হওয়া থেকে বেঁচে যাবে। কিন্তু যাদের অ্যাক্রোব্যাট সফটওয়্যারটি কেনার সামর্থ্য নেই তাদের ক্ষেত্রে এটা করা কঠিন। তবে এখন আমরা উইন্ডোজের একটি ফ্রী অ্যাপ্লিকেশন “পিডিএফ বাইন্ডার” দিয়ে খুব সহজেই করতে পারি। চলুন দেখা যাক কিভাবে এটি ব্যাবহার করতে হয়।
১। “পিডিএফ বাইন্ডার” ডাউনলোড করে ইন্সটল করুন|
         

২। “পিডিএফ পিডিএফ বাইন্ডার” প্রোগ্রামটি চালু করুন।

       

৩। অ্যাড ফাইলে ক্লিক করে যেসব পিডিএফ ফাইলগুলো একটি ফাইলে রপান্তরিত করতে চান সেগুলো সিলেক্ট করুন অথবা প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইলগুলোকে টেনে পিডিএফ ব্লিণ্ডারের মধ্যে নিয়ে আসতে   
   পারেন।
৪। এবার পিডিএফ ফাইলগুলোকে আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় ক্রমানুসারে সাজান। যেই ফাইলটি প্রথমে যাবে সেই ফাইলটি সিলেক্ট করে আপ বাটনে ক্লিক করুন অথবা নিচে নামাতে ডাউন বাটনে ক্লিক
   করুন।
৫। ফাইলগুলো তাদের ক্রমানুসারে সাজানো শেষ হলে “বাইন্ড” বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। বাইন্ডিং প্রসেস শুরু হয়ে যাবে।

     

এভাবে খুব কম সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় পিডিএফ ফাইলগুলো ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে বা বিশৃঙ্খল ভাবে না রেখে পরিপাটী করে একটি ফাইলে রাখতে পারবেন।

Sir I need a software which will cut-off pdf file pages. (Suppose I have a .pdf of 50 pages. i will cut-off last 300 pages and will make another pdf file with first 20 pages). ....Need Help

Hello Arefin Sir,

Try CutePDFWriter. and follow the following steps>

1. Open the pdf file and click print.
2. Choose cutepdf from the select printer menu.
3. And, now choose the pages that you want to print.

This will create another pdf based on your selection.

You can use adobe acrobat professional. In this software, there is an extract command. You have to put  page numbers that you want to extract. Using adobe professional, you can also merge several pdf , jpg etc. into a single one.
