Hyphened words are always singular
Five-year plan; Five-point demand;    Five years plan

The following noun adjectives are always plural
Public Relations Officer; Admissions Office; Operations Research; Accounts Officer; Savings Account.
Subject verb agreement
Our sales of this exciting new product justify an increased budget.
The use of computers in homes has increased in recent years.
A family having 5 members is tough to maintain.
Those who worship the natural elements enter darkness (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). Those who worship sambhuti sink deeper in darkness. [Yajurveda 40:9]; Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.

Reduced Adverb Clauses
When orbiting the earth, astronauts don’t feel the force of gravity
Although damaged, the machine was still operational
Although nervous, he gave a wonderful speech

Use of ‘So’
So + Adjective/Participle + Verb
So       rare                     is       the coin that it belongs in a museum
So      confusing            was    the map
