The Power of Listening, very few understand!

This is the age of empowerment, teamwork, constant change and effective communication. As far as speaking is concerned, can you make any impact to the listeners? Because this is more important than just speaking.

Communication Skills are Not Just About Talking. The gift of listening to the other person without thinking about yourself at all is also important.

“If you want to be listened to, you should put in time listening.” ~ Marge Piercy

Many people talk, but how many of them can create impact....Many think that speaking and talking are same. Even dictionaries rarely make the difference. Let's speak, instead of only 'talking'. And, let's learn to value the speeches uttered by others, for our own benefit.
Those who worship the natural elements enter darkness (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). Those who worship sambhuti sink deeper in darkness. [Yajurveda 40:9]; Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.

Scientist Sokratis used to talk and even a street beggar, somewhat mad, is also talks, but, it is the material, beneath the speaking makes the difference and he example was the extreme, but, peoples, surrounding us, known or unknown, like to talks, without considering the necessity, like, as we have mouth so we will talk, resulting in worthless and even harmful knowledge.... so, we should be careful while talking.

The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand .  We listen to reply.
