Professional skill is compulsory in job market.
« on: February 07, 2009, 01:49:44 PM »
Dear All:

I would like to share few ideas about job market. I had been completed internship from a bank & there was no referee. I just submit my CV to HR & few days later they made call & told u have to face viva for internship. Usually I agreed. 1st question was can you make a salary report on Excel sheet? I told yes & proved practically. They replied you prove your skill thats ok but you have no certificate; in job market you should prepare yourself both way:

•   Certificate &
•   Practical Skills

Please be positive on my inspiration. Thanking you.

Positive Attitude: power within you!
Positive attitude helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful. With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing and strengthening.
