When we think about taking food,we never think about the food value.During controling food for weight loss we only avoid ice cream ,spiecy food, soft drinks etc.But never calculate energy balance.Can you give more detail information about calculating energy?

University is that place where students come after passing the basic level of education. They get not only theoretical knowledge but also knowledge about moral development.So we think in this level students are matured enough to show their attitude. But its really matter of sorrow when we see some students wearing shirts with 2 or 3 open buttons near their collar. So students should follow the dress code properly.
