i totally agree with u.it is true that the scarcity of job is increasing but without having a good mental condition its hard to continue that job...so working environment plays a very important role in the job market..

Madam,
it is a very positive sign that the number of working woman is increasing and they are also managing their household works with equal efficiency but i feel the increasing rate is not up to the mark..we hope that it will be boosted up...

dear good right share is not sufficient but i guess that it can be a primary measure to cope with the condition.
and as far i guess this downfall was a trick of some stock gamblers who did it for a short term profit gaining...

I agree with u and one thing..it was a good step by imposing the loan option but it is also risky for the investors who has less capital...
