Title: Professional skill is compulsory in job market.
Post by: lima_diu on February 07, 2009, 01:44:56 PM
Dear All:

I would like to share few ideas about job market. I had been completed internship from a bank & there was no referee. I just submit my CV to HR & few days later they made call & told u have to face viva for internship. Usually I agreed. 1st question was can you make a salary report on Excel sheet? I told yes & proved practically. They replied you prove your skill thats ok but you have no certificate; in job market you should prepare yourself both way:

•   Certificate &
•   Practical Skills

Please be positive on my inspiration. Thanking you.

That's information is very important in our life.
But most of the students know all of thing but they have no Certificate.
So how we solve this problem?
And how we easily entered in job market?
