Our laptop service center (Daffodil care) works so slowly.Me and some of my friend's laptop were given the care about one month ago.At first they(Daffodil care) gave us the laptop delivery date on 15-09-12.We phoned them on the day but they gave the next date 20-09-12 and at last we phoned on 22-09-12.And now they are telling that " when your laptop will ok, we'll phone you".
Can anyone say when will we get our laptop?

We should be positive every time and everywhere.
On behalf of you I have communicated with them, they told me it has some technical difficulties, the service team is working hard for you all. We should support them. You may communicate with them tomorrow evening or day after tomorrow.

few days back, another laptop giving ceremony held. within this very short period of time, many students complained that their laptop started malfunctioning.
good thing is that our DIIT is solving their problems very sensibly
