Thank you very much. That is very helpful. I am messy writer. so i just want to explain what I think also important. I think if we want learn to speak English, first we have to think in English. what ever we think in mind we need to think in english. A person most talk with himself. so if ask and answer your own question in English, than it will be easy to express to others.
Don't think of grammar at the binning, or don't think of pronunciation. Step by step you can progress.

Don't afraid of English. Its nothing but a language as we speak in Bangla.
