Thanx mam for your nice & innovative advices to make us more Ideal student which can help us to find our lacks. Also u have mentioned some different and effective ways to improve our mentality & maturity. It will be very good if we students can seek lessons from it to improve ourselves.Nobody is perfect, but we should try to walk for perfection.

[Actually I liked "Learn How to Think Like an Examiner" part mostly. ] :)

If it is possible every student can practice the "Mind Map" method which can helps not only for his/her study but also effective for real life every corner.Thanx again. :)

Thanks a lot Shamsi mam & Irina mam :) .Thanks for all appreciation, Evaluation & future expectations from us. we tried our level best to make that event successful. If everyone enjoyed that, that is our happiness. Yes we have some lacking. we already discussed it in our ELC meeting after the program.Hope in future we will try to improve our choice to choose songs or dance style and others. But we got a very good response from audience sides. They liked our Event so much .and they are asking us "how can i work with you all?". they are expecting more gorgeous program from us & waiting for next.some department and club already trying to copy or practice our styles.I should say about our event that it was so organized program in every sector then before. Also we made a fixed program schedule, which we strictly followed that never changed. As a result the program started timely and finished as well. The most important reason behind this success that we got a very big number of new people worked with ELC here.

From the audience they said that, the most hilarious part of hosting was my imitating to my Teachers.Actually i really love my teachers.I find that in our department, our teacher-student relationship is ever very friendly then other all department of DIU.so may be for that reason me/we are lucky to stay near with you all.I don't know whether you all liked my performance that i imitate you all.But i did it.I didn't show it to hurt anybody. If anyone dislike it or hurt, please forgive me.I hope nobody disliked it ;). Hope in future i will imitate some more.May ALLAH bless us all to arrange more and more successful program in future.Thank you all again.take care.

Thank u very much Mam...its really interesting for me to read short stories after long time.Last time I read might be when i was in class 5/6.And today again.I didn't read all yet but some and soon i will read whole. Also i wanna share a sort story with u all.Thanx again. :)

Enjoy your life at every moment

Once a fisherman was sitting near seashore, under the shadow of a tree smoking his beedi. Suddenly a rich businessman passing by approached him and enquired as to why he was sitting under a tree smoking and not working. To this the poor fisherman replied that he had caught enough fishes for the day.

Hearing this the rich man got angry and said: Why don’t you catch more fishes instead of sitting in shadow wasting your time?
Fisherman asked: What would I do by catching more fishes?
Businessman: You could catch more fishes, sell them and earn more money, and buy a bigger boat.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could go fishing in deep waters and catch even more fishes and earn even more money.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could buy many boats and employ many people to work for you and earn even more money.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could become a rich businessman like me.
Fisherman: What would I do then?
Businessman: You could then enjoy your life peacefully.
Fisherman: What do you think I’m doing right now?

MORAL – You don’t need to wait for tomorrow to be happy and enjoy your life. You don’t even need to be more rich, more powerful to enjoy life. LIFE is at this moment, enjoy it fully.

As some great men have said “My riches consist not in extent of my possessions but in the fewness of my wants”.

Its Just Awesome experience for me :D.Bcoz..I was confused before this event about the students effective participation. But, really it was a great time with watching Yasmine Kabir's 3 International Award wining documentaries. And after every documentary students and the maker Yasmine Kabir made an "Open discussion' event with Huge opinion..questions..answers.Students got the opportunity to watch her award wining documentary and face to face conversation with the maker. Her every documentary films have got many prizes and enormous applause from home and aboard.they are-"My Migrant soul","A Certain Liberation" & "The Last Rites".

(Yasmin Kabir’s ‘My Migrant Soul (2000)’ the film highlights the plight of the migrant worker in these times. the story of one person to illustrate that of countless others who have suffered at the hands of those who have stood to gain profit by bartering their lives. ‘A Certain Liberation (2003)’ the maker shows us hoe Gurudasi Mondol, in her madness, found a strategy for survival and kept alive the spirit of the Liberation War. The last one was ‘The Last Rites (2008).This silent film is an allegorical portrayal of the agony of hard labor in depicts the ship breaking yards of Chittagong)

After the show,we from ELC club handed over a "Special Honor" crest to Yasmine Kabir through former Dean of Humanities and social science prof. Dr. Shusil Kumar Das.Before end Yasmine Kabir in her speech says that she will come here again if we invite.I would like to say Thank You to our ELC moderator Ms. Umme Kulsum for his best support and coordination .Thanx to all again for participation. We wanna keep continue our this 'WEEKEND FILM SHOW' every week Inshallah. It enrich young minds with values and enlightenment. I m really lucky to arrange this program with my ELC club members.Hope in Future ELC club will arrange many more effective programs for the betterment of students.Cheers for ELC...cheers for our Unity... :) :D
