It's little bit good news that per person overall income Increase by 2-dollar. Does it mean that mass people overall living standard increase the way it should be?
According to a final report of Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics published 09th February 2016 Tuesday, Bangladesh’s people overall per head income increased by 2-dollar and reached at dollar 1316 whereas earlier it was said to be approximate dollar 1314. After an important meeting of the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (ECNEC) which is a body of Bangladesh Planning Commission published this updated information through Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics. Honorable Minister, Mr. AHM Mustafa Kamal, MP, Ministry of Planning, People's Republic of Bangladesh and others high officials of the govt. were also present in the meeting that day.
Ministry of Planning said based on 9-month data (July-March) last year Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics said that GDP would be 6.51% whereas real GDP was 6.55 % in the FY 2014-15.
Due to increased GDP per head income also increased by 2 dollar and stood at 1316 dollar said by Ministry of Planning.
