BBA Discussion Forum / Re: Importance of Business Studies
« on: May 10, 2011, 05:58:57 PM »
Sir,
Wouldn't you say something about accounting? Because, I feel if the question comes about business studies it's the harmony about 4 'core aspects' of operating businesses. That's Finance, Marketing, Management and Accounting. To me, I think finance is a knowledge that corely let us minimize the cost while maximizing the profit as well as determining the operational outcomes of a specific project and thus investing money on the proposal. On the other hand marketing is a social knowledge that deals with the attitudes of people, so that profit could be maximized. Management, I feel is the study that studies an organizational divisions and non-divisional aspects among employees so that an organization could reach its goal, that is maximizing profit. And last but not the least, to me accounting is a knowledge that determines the outcomes of the previous three after a given time period through logical values.
Ain't I right Sir?

Sir, I do too feel that one should not be madly driven for vengence... But, I'm sorry, I personally think that one could be (and on extreme conditions, should be) vindictive, if he's affected badly by a person or a group of people.
I had faced this type of problem in my juvenile days of school. People tend to think your forgiving gesture your weakness, and thus they keep 'bullying' you... More than that, excessive "good'ol" thing might get yourself lowered by your ownself, that causes major mental pressure.
Nonetheless, it's also permitted in our religion, but not exceeding the limit, the victim had faced...
Last but not the least, My great grandpa used to say one quote of G.B Shaw regarding these sort of things, that I wanna share, "It's too bad to be too good..."

To call a spade a bloody shovel, perhaps I would not start this topic and perhaps would be the last person to post in this type of topic if anyone else would have started it, because I didn't want to discuss anything that I feel jinxed...
But now I wanna discuss this, because my grandfather whom I considered more as a friend than an elderly person, gave his earthly body away to meet his creater this past wednesday.
I've always been emotionally attached with him. My thoughts, my personality, my theological point of view and even my (what people say is a negative thing in me) swagger is all because of him.
I used to be a shy boy and I used to have an inferiority complex in me...
But that GREAT MAN (BY THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH) changed that M. Faiyaz Naveed, what he is today (BY THE GRACE OF OMNIPOTENT ALLAH)...
Even he was one of the reason when I finally decided that I'd built a carrier around business studies (INSHALLAH).
Now I'm not gonna be diplomatic. Our generation tend to avoid the words and the closeness of these elderly figurers. But when these BURA MANUSH expire then we start to think that 'how great would that be, if I had spent a little more time with them!' I can tell you this because I had felt the same when my grandma expired 4 years back.
So make sure you don't repent when you loose them... And try to imbibe their good qualities and try to spend as much time as you can with'em. Because you can have your time for adda for the rest of your life, but perhaps you won't have them for that long...

BBA Discussion Forum / Re: Learned How to Give Bribe............!!!
« on: April 02, 2011, 05:45:53 PM »
In some asia pacific countries, it's a custom. And the people in the respective responsible field don't charge what could be uneasy to pay. Inspite of these 'positive' facts, it's reported as a corruptive work by western surveys.
But what happens in our country is just beyond words and sometimes absurd.
I was hearing a question and answer session about ISLAMIC matters, and a questioner asked, 'what if I take the bribe money with me for prayer? Will that be GUNAH?'... This shows not only weirdness but also dumb...

Don't mind... But, it sounded more like a 'chora' than a matured poetry of romanticism... Otherwise, it was good...

By interesting I meant not only futuristic but also sensiblity. For example- I think that a report should not always be hugely statistically analytic. On contray, it should 60% emphasize on marketing and other social thoughts aspects. Because it'll also enable a simple person to understand the report thus it'll be INTERESTING. I hope you understand...

Everything was complete but I wanna add something... The report should also be interesting, by interesting I mean the report should also have some sensible, futuristic and "different than other" aspects. For example- if u wanna report about introducing a new product in the market, the product should have some futuristic appeal. Because if it's not then the teacher may loose interest in it...
