How to be perfect
Everyone knows that no-one is truly perfect. Yet we all aim for perfection. We aim to be flawless - we want beautiful skin, a body to die for body, and to be loved by everyone. This is, of course, not exactly possible, but we can try to be the best we can be. Here's how.

1. Step 1
Inner-Body Perfection. How you feel on the inside, reflects how you're seen from the outside. Make your health a priority. Drink plenty of water. Eat tonnes of fruit and vegetables. Take a daily vitamin. Stop smoking. Limit your alcohol intake. Treat your body like a temple - worship it.
2. Step 2
Mind Perfection. How you think is how you come across. Think negatively and you will be portrayed as a negative person. Think positively and be a person people want to be around. Stop mind-insulting. Don't walk passed someone and think to yourself, "Geez, he is so FAT!". Instead, make yourself mind-compliment. Everyone you pass or see, compliment them in one way (to yourself). This will give you a nicer view of the world, and you will overall be a greater person. Also, big tip .. MEDITATE! Read about it - it's not as ridiculous as it's been put across. Enjoy the benefits!
3. Step 3
Skin perfection. By keeping your inner-body healthy, your skin will automatically radiate naturally. It is important, however, to look after it manually. Exfoliate - remove dead skin and clean the new, fresh layer. Moisturize - give nutrients to your skin. It will make you look younger and healthier. It is a necessity to having perfect skin.
4. Step 4
Outer-Body Perfection. Exercise and reap the benefits. Other than using exercise to maintain a healthy weight, it also releases endorphins that are extremely important in making you seem truly beautiful. Exercise gives you the energy to live life to the maximum. Don't start by planning to run for an hour every morning at 6am. Start with a 10 minute walk before you start work 5 times a week. Keep it simple at first - don't try to get too much exercise at once (it'll be hard and you will give up). Just get out there a little bit each day. Ideas? Walking. Swimming. Jogging. Tennis. Yoga. Pilates.
5. Step 5
Communication Perfection. Hold your head up high when in social situations - but don't look down on people. Laugh at jokes made (even if you don't find them funny). Be polite. Talk clearly. Use hand gestures but not too many. Listen. Smile as you talk and listen. Be mindful of how others feel and remember to not insult them or what they've said at all. You want people to think you are a perfect communicator. This also becomes a huge aspect of most job situations.
6. Step 6
Fashion Perfection. Take your time with hair and make-up. Never over-do it. Keep yourself looking tidy and natural. People want to see that you put effort into your appearance. With clothes, aim for things that compliment your body shape. Find colours that match your eyes and hair. The main thing is to feel great in everything you wear.
