Korean Government Scholarship Program-2016 for Bangladeshi Students
Bachelor, Masters, PhD Level.
Eligibility

Undergraduate Program:
• Must be a citizen of the country to which the scholarship is offered, which also applies to the applicants' parents
• Have graduated or will be scheduled to graduate from high school as of March 1st of the invitation year
• Must possess above 80% (out of 100%) cumulative grade point average (CGPA), or must be within the top 20% (out of 100%) in rank in high school.

Graduate Program:
• The applicant and his/her parents must hold foreign citizenship. Applicants who hold Korean citizenship are not permitted to apply for this program.
• Applicants must be under 40 years of age as of Sep. 1st, 2012 (born after Sep. 1st, 1972).
• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree as of September 1st of the selection year. Applicants who have enrolled in or graduated from a university in Korea are not eligible for the KGSP program. Specifically, applicants who have previously enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate program, a master's program, or a doctoral program in Korea cannot apply for this program.
• Applicants must maintain a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.64 on a 4.0 scale, 2.80 on a 4.3 scale, 2.91 on a 4.5 scale, or grades/marks/score of 80% or higher from the previously attended institution. If the applicant does not satisfy the above GPA requirements, he/she will be ineligible to apply to this program.

To be eligible for Undergraduate Programs, applicants must:
be a citizen of a country other than Turkey (Anyone holding or ever held Turkish citizenship before cannot apply); not be a registered student in Turkish universities at the level of study they are applying; be have graduated or are likely to graduate from a secondary education institution; be under the age of 21 (no earlier than 01.01.1995); have at least specified (% 90 for medical sciences, % 70 for other undergraduate programs) cumulative grade point average, diploma grade, national exam or international exam score; and be in good health.

British Council IELTS Scholarship 2015 for Bangladeshi Students
Bachelor, Masters Level.
Eligibility

* A Bangladeshi citizen.
* Intend to study Undergraduate or Postgraduate program overseas in 2016.
* Willing to attend a higher educational institution that accepts IELTS as part of the admissions requirements.
* Who has taken the IELTS test from 1 August 2015 till the test date of 13 February 2016 with the British Council Bangladesh test centers
* Who has/will have a valid IELTS score, with a minimum overall band score of 6
* Who will be able to provide the letter of acceptance/ offer from the attending institution by 14 March 2016.

Apply Procedure

1. Take an IELTS test at a British Council Test Centre and receive your scores.
2. Download and complete the application form.
3. Your completed application (hard copy) must reach the British Council Bangladesh Offices by 29 February 2016.
4. You must attach a copy of your latest IELTS Test Report Form with your completed application.
5. In the second stage, 20 applicants will be shortlisted based on their writing task submitted with the application. All successful applicants will be notified by email on 7 March 2016.
6. Short-listed applicants will be required to attend an interview by an assessment panel on 14 March 2016.
7. Five applicants will be awarded the scholarships based on their performance during the interview.
8. The final short-listed applicants must bring a copy and the original letter of acceptance/offer from the university they plan to attend.
9. Failure to provide a letter of acceptance by the deadline will result in your immediate removal from the short-list of applicants.
10. The winners of the scholarships will be notified by email/SMS by 16 March 2016.
Selection Procedure

Initial shortlisting will be based on applicants meeting the essential entry requirements as mentioned in the application and evaluation of the writing task.

A panel of ELT professionals will evaluate the writing task to shortlist a group of 20 applicants.

All applicants with a disability will be automatically short-listed, provided they meet the essential eligibility criteria.

A panel of internal British Council staff and eminent citizens of Bangladesh will be judges for the face to face interview.

Breach of terms and conditions at any stage will result in disqualification.

The British Council Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel the scholarships at any point

UNIL Master's Grants 2016 in Switzerland for Bangladeshi Students
Masters Level.
Eligibility

The candidate must be the holder of a degree from a foreign university.

The qualification held by the candidate must be deemed equivalent to the UNIL Bachelor's degree.

The grants are intended more particularly for students who distinguished themselves in their university studies and who have difficulty meeting their financial needs for the duration of the Master's. It is however necessary that the candidates have sufficient financial means to support themselves during the complementary studies that may be required prior to enroll on the Master's degree.

Selection Procedure

Candidates complete the "UNIL Master's Grant" form and submit their application to the Office for socio-cultural affairs (SASC, Unicentre, University of Lausanne, CH-1015 Lausanne, info.sasc@unil.ch) by 15 December 2015 at the latest. The application is examined by the University Rectorate to determine whether the candidate is admissible. In the event of a positive decision, the application is forwarded by the SASC to the UNIL Faculty responsible for the Master's on which the candidate wishes to be enrolled. The Faculty selects applications and notifies the SASC of its opinion based on the candidate's qualities, motivation and suitability for the Master's program. The SASC forwards shortlisted applications to the selection committee which will award grants to students meeting all criteria according to the available budget.
