Actually research is going on whether radiation from mobile phone is harmful for human or not. Some group of researchers claim the radiation is limited and not harmful, other group suggests it is harmful and precautions are necessary.

JAPAN DEVELOPS RADIATION MONITORING PHONE!!!
Japan's largest mobile phone carrier - NTT Docomo - showed off its new radiation monitoring technology as Ceatec.
The case works in unison with an app which allows the user to combine the radiation readings with GPS data to mark out areas with high levels of radiation.
