Oracle JDeveloper is a free integrated development environment that simplifies the development of Java-based SOA applications and user interfaces with support for the full development life cycle.
you can get JDeveloper resources by the link bellow:

What is the prerequisite to be a Jdeveloper?
-
Jdeveloper is not the name of any professional certification course. it is a freeware IDE from Oracle. It offers features for development in Java, XML, SQL and PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, BPEL and PHP. JDeveloper covers the full development lifecycle from design through coding, debugging, optimization and profiling to deploying.

I think, I have got it. It's software like Net Beans.

JDeveleoper is much much more powerfull than NEtbeans. As our respected sir said it covers the whole development cycle. And one more amazing thing is that JDeveloper itself can take care of a lot of things that you require to code in other IDEs. It has a large collection of built in modules to just drag and drop to your application.
Like old Forms Developer JDeveloper integrates very good with oracle. And you can build a CRUD (create ,read, update, delete) web app in a few minutes!.
But unfortunately , just like all powerfull IDEs the interface is very complex, takes a long time to figure out. I am willing to master it. It would be very nice if someone post step by step tutorials.
