আমাদের কলেজ ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষিত বেকার তৈরি করছে। প্রতিবছর প্রায় ২০ লাখের বেশি মানুষ কর্মবাজারে আসছেন। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে যাঁরা উচ্চশিক্ষিত হচ্ছেন, তাঁদের অধিকাংশই বেকার থাকছেন। তারপরও কোনোভাবেই থামছে না উচ্চশিক্ষার ঢল। প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থীর পেছনে বিপুল রাষ্ট্রীয় ও পারিবারিক অর্থ ব্যয় হয়। অনেক অর্থ ও সময় ব্যয় করে একজন শিক্ষার্থী পড়াশোনা শেষ করছেন। এত কিছু করে চাকরির বাজারে তিনি কতটুকু যোগ্য হচ্ছেন? আজকের দিনে সেটি একটি অনেক বড় প্রশ্ন। এসব বিষয়ে নীতিনির্ধারকদের এখনই গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে ভাবতে হবে।
২০২১ সালে মধ্য আয়ের দেশ আর ২০৪১ সালে উন্নত দেশ হতে হলে চাকরির চাহিদা অনুযায়ী শিক্ষা কারিকুলাম করতেই হবে। শুধু ইংরেজিটা ঠিকভাবে শেখাতে পারলেও সমস্যার অনেকটাই সমাধান হয়। দেশ স্বাধীনের প্রায় ৫০ বছরেও এতটুকু উন্নতি আমরা করতে পারিনি। এটা খুবই দুঃখজনক।

Resolution: End of the Story
The resolution tells us what happens to the characters after the conflict is resolved. All the loose ends are tied up, unless the author plans to write a sequel and purposely leaves room for further plot developments. Some stories have happy endings; others have sad endings. The resolution leaves readers with a sense of closure, so they understand the fate of the protagonists and antagonists.
So in simple we can say that a story has a beginning, middle, and an end.

Conditional Sentences—Rules You Need to Know
•   There are four types of conditional sentences.
•   It’s important to use the correct structure for each of these different conditional sentences because they express varying meanings.
•   Pay attention to verb tense when using different conditional modes.
•   Use a comma after the if-clause when the if-clause precedes the main clause.
Conditional sentences are statements discussing known factors or hypothetical situations and their consequences. Complete conditional sentences contain a conditional clause (often referred to as the if-clause) and the consequence. Consider the following sentences:
If a certain condition is true, then a particular result happens.
I would travel around the world if I won the lottery.
When water reaches 100 degrees, it boils.
What Are the Different Types of Conditional Sentences? There are four different types of conditional sentences in English. Each expresses a different degree of probability that a situation will occur or would have occurred under certain circumstances.
•   Zero Conditional Sentences
•   First Conditional Sentences
•   Second Conditional Sentences
•   Third Conditional Sentences

It's a story about my personal life.
From my childhood I was mentioned by a brilliant and serious student.I was always read a lot of books and made a good result. I think books are my best friend.Indeen,there's a story of my own.
It was 26August,2015.
That day we were going to Cox's bazar with family members.But that day was also memorable because of my hsc result.I was little bit nervous.I didn't know What's happening but I trust myself. I thought at least I got A. All the way I was frustrated about my result.I couldn't comfort in my whole journey.When we were going to nearby cox's Bazar then it was 2pm.My result was published. There were so much network problem because we were in train.I couldn't enter into server.After some time,I told one of my friend about my roll number to check and inform me about my result.5minutes had passed she didn't call me.My tention was fully rising.I thought there must be a something wrong.After some times she called and just kept silent. I told her what's my result please tell.Then she told 'friend,u're failed!'I was totally astonished. It's like I listened wrong.But some time I checked it myself and saw I failed.All of my family members were at beside me at train.I told them my result.They didn't tell me anything.They were also astonished because I was taking medical preparation that time.My hope was to be a doctor.All the hope were nipped in the bud. After some time, we reached Cox's Bazar and my parents told don't do any thing as like my others family members become sad.They were going for enjoy. I was very sad but when I was going to beach with them I was enjoying. I was trying to forget what's happend with me.After returning home my parents wanted to know from me what did I want then.I said I want to attend my exam next year.I was frustrated so much but yet I passed my exam next year again and my result was 4.25. I was very happy because I tried a lot.No matter what my result was but my satisfaction was I tried my best.After that,my father wanted to me what I wanted.I told I would never back to medical and I want to admitted ar university.Then my father told me that he wanted to me as a English department student.In my whole life I never thought that I would be a student of my English department. But my destiny reach myself as English department. I admitted at English department at Daffodil International University. Now I am happy with my study.In my first semester my CGPA was 3.75.I know it's not the best but my satisfaction is I tried my best.I want to be a banker and I'm trying my best for improving myself. Now I understand that my father's decision was right. I am happy with my department and friends and teachers.Its the story of my success and I believe that if someone's being determined he/she can reach his goal.

Moral :Don't judge anybody by his failure. Maybe its her bad time but if you stay with him you can see something different from her.Everyone can determined and he determined he can reach his goal.

This story about a girl who try to change her life...she grown up in very conservative family..Her parents love her unimaginable n do overmuch care.. So that Her parents never let her go alone anywhere even any kinds of picnic with friends or hang out with them..She was very polite..Even her school n college was also stayed beside her home though her mom took her to the school n college too.. she liked it n thought how much love and care her mom..Sometimes her friends taunts for this..Sometimes she felt angry and said to mom that give her freedom.. But her mom knows she is not capable to this dangerous world...For that reason she didn't learn how to cope up with others. When she was in 18, she got married..It was really hard to her to cooperate with new family..She can't continue her study for 2 years that's why her heart was broken. She try to kept her alone..Her dreams was stucked somewhere.. Passing her time with depression..Then her parents, husband, laws gave her inspiration... She again start her study.. Her husband says, "I don't snatch your dreams and freedom.. Go ahead, spread your wings and fly as you can..

And now I am try to change myself step by step..Yes...the story is mine..I really try to cope up others make me easy. Hang out with friends n doing different kind of activities.. I want to see my future bright.. I am trying my best..Learning struggling hoping and changing.. Now I don't fear to go somewhere alone..

Marriage can't snatch your dreams and stucked your life sometimes it gives freedom..

This is my real story. Last semester my mother was so sick that she could not walk, could not eat, vomiting constantly because she got electrolyte problem. We hospitalized her. I am the only girl in my family. So at that time, my life was so miserable that I had to handle my family and study also. I could not attend class regularly. I thought I dropped this semester. I forgot to smile. Suddenly I got a phone call. My cousin Mishu called me and said she would come tomorrow. I said her that it was impossible, you had a baby you could not manage it. I also told her that it was my problem and I handled it in my own way. But she did not hear my words. At last, she came to my house. To saw her, I feel very reliable. She helped me a lot. She cooked for us, she stayed with my mother in hospital and I looked after her daughter at home. I started my study, attended class and participating exams. My mother health was better. Everything was seemed to be good after coming her in my home. But the sorrowful moment was that night before she leaving. I asked about her study. She told me that she did not admit into Masters because the admission time was over. I told her that why she did not tell it before. Mishu said that if she told me then I forced her to go away in this critical moment. I cried a lot at that night. This is called sacrifice. I never forget this sacrifice that she did for me.

Friendship is a miracle of God. It is a promise of togetherness of a lifetime. Anything lesser than that is not worth having a friend. I know a story of friendship. When I was in class six, I have learnt from one of my madrasha teachers. Here is a compilation of short stories on friendship with an inspiration for you to become not only a better person but also understand the meaning of true friendship.
A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.
The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand “Today my best friend slapped me in the face”.
They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone “Today my best friend saved my life”.
The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?” The other friend replied “When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”
Moral: Do not value the things you have in your life. But value who you have in your life.

I have some fault. I am not perfect for all. But I am trying to will be a good human being. I have some good and bad qualities but good qualities make me a good man. I don't want to harm with people. I have some good qualities such as- love,honesty,truthfulness,helpful,peaceful etc. If I maintain that virtues, I will be a good human being. Though we are human being, we are different from others animal. But sometimes our behave is very cruel, we misuse our power. We are pride for our position and avoid poor people. We should see all the people equally. So I am a good human being because I am not jealous for other wealth. I don't harm any man. It is a challenge to achieve good qualities but I except it for good human being. Everybody trust me. I am friendly. I stay happy and keep happy with my around people.
