Eyes are the most sensitive organ of the human body .Taking care of your eyes is very important. There are a lot of ways you can keep your eyes in perfect health . Some of them are elaborated below :

1. Whenever you have problems like itching, uneasiness in your eyes go for eye check-up.

2.Use eye drops for dry eyes, it helps to moist your eyes as well as clean particles.

3.Stop smoking, it increases the risk of eye diseases.

4.Don’t rub your eyes.It can cause irritation of your eyes.

5.Wash your hand first then touch your eyes.

6.Try to maintain healthy diet, consume lots of fresh fruits & vegetables like carrot- its a rich source of Vitamin A.

7.Few Vitamins are necessary for eye health, try to consume multivitamins but consult your doctor first.

8.Whenever going out, under sunlight use sunglasses, it protects your eyes from ultra violate radiation.

9.Be healthy and fit, it does have a nice impact on your eyes.

10.Try to use luminous lights all over your home; it helps to increase your vision.

11.People, who are using contact lens, be aware of its rules. Consult your doctor about using contact lens & its protection.

12.If you have fascination of eye make-up, then use a good brand & take it off very carefully.

13. If you are a computer professional & compelled to spend eight hours a day in front of the computer screen, then try to follow some rule, like take a break after every 20 minutes, place monitor as per your comfort, etc. You can even consult with doctors about how to keep your eyes safe and healthy.


Motion sickness can quickly spoil that long-awaited vacation or business trip. The inner-ear disorder affects balance and equilibrium, possibly leading to queasiness, nausea and vomiting.

The Cleveland Clinic suggests these tips for preventing motion sickness:

    1.If you're prone to motion sickness, don't read in a moving vehicle.

    2.Be sure to get plenty of sleep before traveling.

    3.Skip foods that are acidic or greasy.

    4.Drink lots of water throughout the day, but restrict drinking alcohol.

    5.Avoid smoking and inhaling second-hand smoke, and close contact with other people who have motion sickness.

    6.Lean your head back against the head rest of your seat.

   8. If you're a car passenger, look at the scenery in the distance. If you're the driver, always focus on the road, but shift your eyes a            bit so that you're not always focused on the same spot.
