EEE / Corona Virus preventive measures

The following measures can be taken as a preventive measures for that virus(COVID-19)

1. Wash your hands using soap as frequently as you can.
2. Avoid Handshake/personal contact.
3. Don't  panic in the present situation of the world.
4. Follow the cough etiquette.

One thing I want to add  here from my part which one always forgotten by elite class people in open discussion/seminar as below

5.Pray to almighty Allah

Being a follower of a religion(Islam) Don't forget the prayer to Allah( Doa) is the most powerful measures to tackle any crisis or save us from any disaster   like present situation caused by corona virus.

EEE / moral degradation of our society

Think twice deeply about the moral degradation of our society

Recently we have gone through three types of disastrous situation in Bangladesh, as mentioned below:
1.   Severe Dengue  fever
2.   Flooding
3.   Panic  situation due to a rumor: Cutting of child head for Padma bridge

I think, this types of situation in a Muslim country like Bangladesh is a punishment from our creator/Allah. We are the cause of this punishment because:
1.   Are we honest in our word?
2.   Are we honest in our deed?
3.   Are we honest in shouldering our responsibilities?

I think another vital cause of these punishment is the moral degradation of our society. More precisely, uncontrolled mixture of young male and female students in everywhere, in campus, in restaurant, in park, on pavement, even on motorcycle. Most of the time their attitude/activities cross the modesty limit. Sometimes we also face embarrassing situation in academic environment.
Who will take care of the society?
Should we let this happening?
I think bridle this happening
Being teacher we have to play a vital role to rectify the society.

A contradictory approach is prevailing in this universe.

 Approach 1. Law of conservation of energy
                       The law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant; it is said to be conserved over time. This law means that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another.

Approach 2. The Universe came from nothing.
      Most of the scientist (Cosmologist) of the world agreed that the universe came into existence from a point smaller than an atom or virtually came from nothing through a Big bang.

EEE / A misconception is prevailing among the students of EEE

It has long been observe that most of the students of the department of EEE suffering in misconception about the transformer theory and general circuit theory.
Let’s think .
Transformer theory: If voltage is increased the current will decrease and vice versa.
Circuit Theory: If voltage is increased the current will increase (according to ohm’s law) considering fixed resistance.
Apparently these two theories seem to be contradictory. Do they really contradict each other?
A critical analysis needed to crash the contradiction!

Does “OK” stands for “ Objection killed”?

No, The term “Ok” we usually use for denoting approval, acceptance, agreement, assent, acknowledgment, or a sign of indifference does not stand for “ Objection killed”.
Although its origins are disputed, the word OK (spelling variations include "okay", "O.K.", "ok")  came from the USA, and is probably an abbreviation of orl korrect, a jokey spelling of 'all correct', that was used as a slogan during the presidential re-election campaign of Martin Van Buren (1782–1862) in 1840. It was reinforced by the initials of his nickname Old Kinderhook, derived from his birthplace.

সুইপার ইনজেকশন দেন রোগীকে। কী সাংঘাতিক! পত্রিকার পাতায় এ খবর পড়ার পর কে না আঁতকে উঠবে?

‘ইনজেকশন দেন সুইপার, টাকা না দিলে হেনস্তা’—এই শিরোনামে গত বৃহস্পতিবার প্রথম আলোর পাতায় ছাপা হয়েছে এ খবর। চট্টগ্রাম মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের ঘটনা। গত বুধবার ওই হাসপাতালে সেখানকার সেবা নিয়ে অনুষ্ঠিত এক গণশুনানিতে বেরিয়ে আসে সুইপারের ওই কাণ্ড।
