Real Estate / Earthquake
« on: February 04, 2011, 08:38:49 PM »
today about at 7.55 bangladesh felt a small earth quake. as days are passing the insecurity and fear is eventually growing on people's mind. though it is true we can not avoid the problem, we have to be more alert all the time. general people also should get enough information about the 'things to do' while earthquake. some people are seemed very confused some are shocked and they don't know exactly what they should do at that time. my humble request to dear students of diu to don't get nervous that time. please show courage and take a strong position, such as under any solid thing. it reduces the chance to occur any damage to your body. if possible please make sure to evacuate the building as soon as possible and get in the road. always keep some solid things with you, such as hard file, a piece of hardboards, helmet or things like that to protect your head at least.

i wish almighty allah will help everyone and keep safe the mankind.

Heritage/Culture / একটা কবিতা...
« on: September 20, 2010, 10:00:23 PM »

Real Estate / About patenting filing...........!!
« on: September 17, 2010, 08:06:07 PM »
When someone file a patent they are on the road to being able to keep others from infringing upon their own ideas. A patent can be filed to protect an idea, a product, an invention, and even written materials. Nobody want to risk their great entity to be taken from someone else that will run with it.
Should they file for a patent before you do, there is nothing you can do about it. That is why you need to get this started immediately before you start to leak any information about a given entity to the public. Be very careful who you trust with your personal information about it as well. It can be a lengthy process though so be prepared for that. You will need to obtain a patent application and you can get one mailed to you from the patent office or you can obtain it online.

This type of application is going to be quite time consuming to complete. Make sure you carve out sections of time to get it done. If you aren’t sure what any given section is asking get help. You can obtain it from the patent office or from their website. You never want to place information on the application if you aren’t sure what they are requiring. You also never want to leave any sections blank. Make sure all of your information is legible to prevent errors or delays when you file a patent. Make sure you attach all documentation that is requested. As you go through the application it is a good idea to make yourself a list of what needs to be included. For example you will need to include detailed drawings of your information.

There are various types of fees that apply as well when you file a patent. Make sure you have the correct payment with your completed application. There are some professionals out there that will complete the patent application for you. If you feel uneasy about doing it yourself, this could be a great option for you to look into. After you have submitted your application you can market information with the terms patent pending listed on them. This is your choice but you do need to make sure you are careful. If your patent is denied someone else can step in there with a similar application but with enough changes to make it a new idea or product.

It can take up to 18 months from the time you file a patent for it to be approved. That is why so many people do move forward with their idea or product during that period of time. They don’t like the idea of being left in limbo while it is being reviewed and until it is approved. Should you be contacted to provide any clarifications or additional information when you file a patent, make sure you do so immediately. If you don’t your patent application is going to be denied. That will mean starting all over again to get the process completed. Make copies of anything you do submit that was requested as proof that you did send it in. It is a good idea to follow up as well to make sure your materials were received.

Real Estate / About students behavior....
« on: September 04, 2010, 10:34:42 AM »
Dear students of BRE,
my humble request to you all that, please maintain your personality as a student. Your Attitude should be polite and smart towards a teacher. You should always understand that a teacher never does something wrong for a student. Its very shame for all of us if a single student misbehave with a teacher and make him/her upset by our words or action.

i want to share a practical experience, last 2nd September was our Corporate Finance Final exam. At the hall one of our duty teacher make a student leave her current seat and sit on a new seat which was at the front. the girl then act so much stupid that she started to arguing with the teacher. She was saying that, " ami kisui korinai r amake uthaye shamne anlo, r jara dekha dekhi korlo sir tader k kisui bollona" Then duty teachers were scolding her and said her to remain silent and write her answers. But the girl did not stop. So at a level umme rumana houque mam said her to leave the exam hall. Both of the teachers were so much upset about her behave.

I want to request each of the students of BRE please do not do such things that teachers or anyone of the university get a wrong idea about the students of BRE. we should be very much polite and humble and smart about our attitude. Behavior should always be positive.

Real Estate / Review of the housing sector in BD.
« on: September 04, 2010, 09:31:37 AM »
The constitution of Bangladesh binds the government to play an effective role in assuring housing rights to all as basic rights as citizen. The National Housing Policy 1993 commits the government to take initiative in housing as a provider, for weaker section of the people, and as a facilitator in all housing initiatives.

As significant development in the housing question has been the adoption of the National Housing Policy NHP in 1993 (amended in 1997). The basic principle of the 1993 NHP is that The government would play the role of enabler or facilitator in housing sector (article 4.2), and not the role of a developer or provider.

The 1993 NHP also promised special attention to housing needs of women. Particularly Women in difficult circumstances (article 5.12) and disadvantaged women, such as widows, single women and women headed households living in bellow the poverty line (article 5.14).

As per the constitution Government has already took some projects for solving this type of housing problems. The projects are......

01. Cluster Village: to rehabilitate cyclone affected people in coastal area.
02. Ideal village project: in which titles were given on land/housing to low income men and women jointly.
03. Shelter project: To provide housing for the rural poor.
04. return to village project: to rehabilitate urban slum dwellers evicted by government.

Real Estate / <<VIEW FROM INSIDE>> (part 2)
« on: July 08, 2010, 10:15:08 AM »
A new Day always starts with the lady of the home. That means a mother or a wife always begins our journey for the new day. So we have to consider always about the choice and likings of an women while designing a apartment inside. Today my discussion will be about kitchen, the place where an women spends most of her time.

The kitchen has become the hub of life in the home, and a design that reflects this reality is one that will be most functional and enjoyable.

As you consider how you want to plan the design or redesign of your kitchen consider these basic questions:

•   How much space is available?

•   How will it be used?

•   What kind of atmosphere do you want?

## Space

One of the fundamental variables in any design project is space. Determining how much space you have to work with is necessary to then determine what features can be included in your design and how they can best be arranged for your benefit.

Now is the time to consider if changing the layout of your current space configuration is a priority. A more open floor plan for kitchen interior design has become very popular in recent years as entertainment needs have shifted.Once you have a clear idea of how much space you have to work with, you will want to consider the next big question. How will your kitchen area be used?

## Function

Now is the time to think about what elements will be in the space and positioning them for best use.
More than one sink might be best in your kitchen. Imagine how beneficial it would be to have an extra sink built into an island that also includes to fresh produce, of course. Maybe you entertain a lot and want to remove the lines between separate social and cooking areas by pursuing a more open floor plan. Including a dual purpose island-bar that serves as a functional division between the kitchen work zone and adjacent social spaces might be the perfect solution. This could allow you to stay in touch with your guests while you prepare things in the kitchen.

## Atmosphere

Once you have decided how you want your kitchen to support your lifestyle and have a good idea of what features you want to include based on the space available, it’s time to think about the overall look of it.There are so many approaches available to creating your perfect kitchen. You are limited only by your imagination.Textures and materials of all kinds play a key role in the success of any kitchen interior design. While flooring options are many, there are quite a few options available for counter tops as well. You might select metal, marble, concrete, wood, granite, or laminate.Combine different visual textures to create greater interest in the overall scheme.

We are studying very hard for providing nation a healthy and suitable environment to live in. We have learned many ideas and theories about construction. But today I am going to share some ideas about internal arrangements. How it should be looked inside. And today I will discuss about LIVING ROOM or DRAWING ROOM.

Living room is the place for  family or friends to sit and visit, relax and enjoy- so a special effort should be made to create a comfortable and a harmonious environment. Usually living room is the first room you see upon entering your home, it is a room that must show well and a multipurpose room serving as a sitting room or a TV room.

A living room creates harmony through a successful combination of color, scale, shapes and patterns. Here are some tips to decorate the living room to suit different levels of comfort and aesthetic senses and serving lots of activities.

## Plan your living room and furniture arrangement in such a way that one can easily move in the different areas of the room easily, without bring tripped.

## If the living room is very big and spacious, you can slot out a separate area or zone for various activities that take place in it such as dining, gossiping, media viewing, reading and playing.

## A smaller sized living room should have more versatile, multi-functional arrangement so that it can be used for more than one purpose as the need be.

## Designer Furniture arrangements, decorative screens, flooring, rugs and carpets play an important role in defining the zones in the living room.

## Seating arrangements in the living room should face the focal point of the room such as television, fireplace, or the garden view from the window.

## You should choose furnishings according to the scale of the room.
