Abstract: This study is based on the pros and cons of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) that offers users a framework for creating uncontested market space and diverts the views from the current competition to the creation of innovative value and demand. The main objective of the study is to show the overall scenario of BOS and its impact on organizational performance. The study includes the history of BOS, comparison with Red Ocean Strategy (ROS), relevance of applying BOS, Applications, Critics, Findings, Recommendations and Conclusion. The Findings of the study tries to show the ultimate results of applying the BOS and the recommendations urge some precautions to apply BOS. The result found that BOS positively affects the organization performance if applied in organizations. Overall, the study is effective to decide the adoption of BOS within the organization. The recommendation for the organization is to do an in-depth analysis on BOS before implementation to see the suitability considering the company size, industry condition, and adaptability.Keywords – Blue Ocean Strategy, Organizational Performance, Red Ocean Strategy, Value Innovation, Creative Competition

AbstractThere exists no adverse relation between Spain and Bangladesh instead it is seen rare international as well as bilateral relation of these two countries and we found scopes for engaging international trade for both of the countries. Spain is a country capable of producing for example, a lot of electronic products. In Bangladesh, there are growing demand for some of the top listed goods like vehicles, machineries and more. The surplus of these goods if any, exported to that country, a huge foreign currency may be achieved and thus the country may be financially benefited to cope with the existing market recession. On the other hand, there are some top listed exporting goods of Bangladesh including clothing, labor, leather, and more. Spain might get economic advantage to some extent from international trade with Bangladesh. Thus, from both side export-import trade relationship of these Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), both countries can be economically benefited and thus Spain can get solution for reducing existing recession to some extent and Bangladesh can find a feasible solution to achieve the vision 2021 of digital Bangladesh and 2041 of being a developed country in the world. Again, there will be a bilateral relationship between these two countries. This study attempts to justify the relevance and feasibility for Spain of the goods to be exported to and imported from Bangladesh. The findings of this qualitative study show that there are possible scopes and fields to make a big deal between Spain and Bangladesh and thus the international trade for SMEs would positively contribute to the economic development of the both parties.

একদিন মহাপ্রলয়ে পড়ব আমি
দেখব সবকিছু হয়ে যাচ্ছে লণ্ডভণ্ড
সবাই তাকিয়ে থাকবে, দেখবে নিথর দেহ
কেঊ প্রশ্ন করবে হয়ত, বলবে লোকটি ছিল কেমন?
কাঁদবে হয়ত কেঊবা দেখে করুণ দৃশ্য!
শত্রু যারা থাকবে নাকো, তারাও ভাববে বন্ধু তখন।
যখন থাকব না ধরণীতে, দেখব নাকো ভিম্রজাল
মারামারি, হানাহানি, স্বার্থপরতা, সর্বোপরি বিক্ষুব্ধ রাজনীতি
ধরীত্রির বুকে প্রবহমান ঘটনা পড়বে নাকো মনে
পাখির গানের ধ্বনি, ছোট্ট মুখের হাসি বাজবে নাকো কানে।
ঘটবে ঘটনার ঘনঘটা জানব নাকো কিছুই
সবাই থাকবে পড়ে, থাকবে অবিরত
শুধু আমি একা থাকব পড়ে নিঃসঙ্গ।
আমার রেখে যাওয়া কর্ম স্মৃতি টানে তারে।।
“জীবনের অন্তিম সময়ের কথা স্মরণ করে রচিত কবিতাটি”

স্বপ্ন থাকে সবার মাঝে
সবাই দেখে কেউবা হাসে,
স্বপ্নের ঘোরেই কেউবা কাঁদে
স্বপ্ন আসে ঘুমের মাঝে।
যেখানে যাই দেখতে পাই
স্বপ্ন নামক বস্তুটাকে,
সর্বখানে সর্বনামে স্বপ্ন বেড়ায় আপন তালে
স্বপ্ন আসে চেতন মনে।
স্বপ্ন ছিল বড় হব
ধনে নয় মান পাব,
পূরণ হল চান্স হল
তবুও কিছু বাকি থাকল।
স্বপ্ন আসে স্বপ্ন যায়
স্বপ্নের নাই দেশ কাল,
পূরণ হল আর নাইবা হল
স্বপ্ন আসে অবিরত।
সবাই দেখে কেউবা হাসে,

আসিতেছে নবযুগ,ডাকিতেছে পাখি, গাহিতেছে গান
তাকে জানাও সম্মান।
হে নবীন, তুমি জেগে ওঠো জাতির কল্যাণে,
তুমি ফিরে এসো ঐ অন্ধকার থেকে আলোকের পথে।
তোমার পথ ধরেইতো চলিবে অনাগত ভবিষ্যৎ
তুমি জেগে ওঠো, দাও আলোকের সন্ধান।
তোমাকে নিয়েই স্বপ্ন দেখিতেছে মহাকাল।
হে বাংলার সন্তান, তুমি চালাও অভিযান।
তোমার ছোঁয়ায় আজ ধুলি হইবে সোনা,
জরাজীর্ণ ধরনীতে দেখা দিবে স্বর্গের কোণা

Discussion on Creative Problem Solving / A Chronic Conflict Between Happiness & Sorrows

The organism in this earth always struggle for happiness against sorrows. Its universal truth for all creatures. Some succeeds, some fails to achieve that.
The animal struggles for their happiness without applying their sense in it. They try just to satisfy their hunger or other necessity by harming other creatures. And this is the one of the differences between them and human being.
But man can’t gain his/her success without ignoring the adverse situation of his/her life as well as his or her family and surrounding living around him or her. Because there exist sorrows that always impede happiness to influence his or her life.
Man never can achieve such goal if and only if Almighty Allah wants his or her well being that means of course it can be achieved by the effort made by human being and then the outcome certainly shall be that Allah wants. Hard labor does not happen fruitless outcome.
The sorrow when comes, other ones come one after another accordingly and this is the examination of his or her tolerance to endure. And those who can endure unless and until good days come, be succeeded one day. Some fails to do that and as an outcome falls in hell that is they do unwanted job which is harmful for his or her world life and spiritual life after death as well.
So, the ending say is that everyone should have enough tolerance power to overcome sorrows that come sequentially which is chronic in nature against happiness. It should be kept in mind that after thunder it comes rain that means after a certain time period happiness must come.
