"Developmental Addah "
Development is the act or process of developing ourselves.
Addah means Spend the times with your friends / Gossip, or times pass or learn from the discussion, makes a man perfect.
Today, Mr. Syed Mizanur Rahman Raju (Coordinator, Career Development Centre (CDC), DIU) arranged an informal meeting where Mr. Syed Mizanur Rahman Raju , Mr. Ashiq Hossain ( BBA), MR. Salam Sony (BRE) and Mr. Lincon (BRE) presented in the meeting and took a decision that we will go for the study tour in different industry/ firm/ organization/ developed place/underdeveloped place every month or every semester. We do not only go to visit firm, we also go to picnic and gather experience and knowledge and interact with the different faculty members and authority. Every successful person likes Adda because Adda makes a man perfect and grows up the communicating skill.
Our honorable Mr. Raju sir and Mr. shibli sir will give us the direction.
Anyway, anybody can join “Developmental Addah†. However, There is some condition to join “Developmental Addah†. These are
1. He/ She must be an active forum member
2. Every active member must have minimum 5 post and minimum 50 comments in every month. It should be effective post and comments.

It's seems like "Development addha's" prerequest is to be an active forum member. I think the condition & declaration is conflicted with each other. It should not be.
To be an active member, the member must have minimum 5-10 post and minimum 50 comments in every month. It's a good thought.

Actually, when we start to do something in industrial field or anywhere, that situation will tell us what we will do?

It is not only an adda but also we can develop ourselves through an Adda. Every semester we study a lot of books, but we forget these after some semester later. However, when we see any movie, we do not forget in a short time. So, when we will visit any industry or firm, we will see different types of people working there, and we try to pick one of them such as, the worker/officer/ chairmen and we will start adda with him. So, we can call it "Development Adda".

Thank you Ms. Bidita for sharing your feelings rather than keeping in mind. As you know, Bidita, we are not much cooperative. Our students are very busy about their study, so they don't time to do any extraordinary work like join any seminar, workshop or any productive work.
Mr. Raju sir, Mr. Lemon and I are trying to start our journey first from BBA department. After we will spread it, it was our plan. So, I invited only students of BBA. A question may arise, Do all students of the active members of the forum? NO, all the members are not the member of the forum. But they are willing to join the forum immediately. Anyway, do you know what Bidita, I called some person of the active members of the forum, like Mr. Debashish and Mr. faham but they refused me. I really depressed. Mr. Goodboy, you( Bidita) were absent from the meeting. Is it the right way? If you were absent from the meeting then how will we start it? Tell me. As you see on the list, We have selected only 24 students remaining seats are available for Mr.Salam sony, Mr.Shahin, Ms Yesmin, Ms. Monica.
As you know, our forum day is knocking the door. So, we have to pick up students and more active our forum. You can say Developmental Addah is one of the processes of involving students with the forum.
Thank you Ms. Bidita. I hope we will help with each other. It is a like a group study/ assignment / group work. Nobody is small. Nobody is large. We are all equal. We will do our duty.

Dear Mr. BRE Salam Sony:
Addah is Addah here everyone is welcome. We are highly appreciating your dissatisfaction. There have some hypotheses about membership. This is not possible to disclose here. You are qualified according to rules but you did not show your interest. Not only you but also many people were qualified. Some of them show their interest and some were not. We can’t force anyone to join an addah. If we do that, then addah will be meaningless.
In our inauguration there were present 18 people including 2 teacher of our university. Some of there name was published some not. Our respected head of BBA department was interested about our addah inauguration. But unfortunately he was not present. If you revised name list….! We did not publish his name. Even our respected two teachers name was not published.
“ETHICS†it’s a big word….! We are not getting any monetary benefit…..! It has lots of virtual benefit only. And addah-baz’s are not looking for any benefit while they join together for addah.
Hope you understand about the addah.

You are very much right. It’s open for all interested people. Teachers, students, administration, male, female, young, old…………all…all…all. Addah-baz has no colour.
Ms. Bidita:
Name list is not important. If you know any good adda-baz, then you can invite him/her. But, sorry to say you miss the inauguration. It’s not a character of a good addah-baz. You miss the inauguration it also not a matter and important. Because addah is addah it’s not a serious job. Whatever, I hope you will be a great addah-baz and join on all addah.

I understand your feelings Mr. Sony. I know emotionally you have said everything. Thanks for your post for a long time later. I am very happy to see your post.
As I said before 24 students are selected out of 30. So, six seats are available for whom? Ask yourself? If I say any students( inactive forum member) of DIU, he/she must join this Developmental Addah. Isn't it Mr.Salam? Our BBA department has about 3,000 students, so it is very easy to find 30 students to give membership, but I didn't do it. The remaining seats are available for the special people I mentioned earlier. Anyway, As I know you have dropped the Fall semester-2010, and you were out of the country for a long time, so how will we make you involve with Developmental Addah. You can remember one thing that, the first day of introducing the idea of Developmental Addah, You and I met, I with Mr. Raju sir with our own interest. So, How could I forget you, dosto? Don't miss understanding me.
I want to do something for my university. So, I involve myself like a coordinator. I want to see the forum will be more effective than the previous time. I didn't organize students before like that. So, It is very natural, I may do some fault. Not only I but also about six students helped me to arrange the introductory session. Please forgive me and cooperative me.
Tomorrow, You (Mr. Sony) and Mr. Kazi shahin and Ms. Bidita will meet Mr. Raju sir at 10.30. He makes you clear everything.

Yes, Mr. jafor, we will make this addah more exciting, interesting. We all members are trying to make it successful. We are going to meet another celebrity/businessman/media personality/ addah baaz person very soon, and we will prove that we are great addah baaz through the developmental way. After this we will go for the industrial tour.

Today our Developmental Addah team has met with Mr. Sajed Fatemi, who is a Musician & Journalist, Vocal, professional Singer of GAANWALA Band, senior Sub-Editor of Prothom Alo. We gossip (Addah) with him for two and half hour. More than 22 students have participated in this session at Conference Room beside the Auditorium. Mr. Sajed Fatemi shared views, his lifestyle, etc. He also told us how to be a successful man and how to struggle in our life. He was gifted us two audio Album.
Thank you Mr. Raju sir to give us the platform to meet the different celebrities.
