Turkey Burslary Scholarships 2016 for Bangladeshi Students

Eligibility

To be eligible for Undergraduate Programs, applicants must:
be a citizen of a country other than Turkey (Anyone holding or ever held Turkish citizenship before cannot apply); not be a registered student in Turkish universities at the level of study they are applying; be have graduated or are likely to graduate from a secondary education institution; be under the age of 21 (no earlier than 01.01.1995); have at least specified (% 90 for medical sciences, % 70 for other undergraduate programs) cumulative grade point average, diploma grade, national exam or international exam score; and be in good health.

To be eligible for Postgraduate Programs, applicants must:

Eligibility

International students on a MASTERS course in any subject who earned their university entrance qualification outside Germany (Bildungsausländer/innen) and are studying, or wish to study, in Germany at university of applied science (Fachhochschule) or university.

UNIL Master's Grants 2016 in Switzerland for Bangladeshi Students
Masters Level.
Eligibility

The candidate must be the holder of a degree from a foreign university.

The qualification held by the candidate must be deemed equivalent to the UNIL Bachelor's degree.

The grants are intended more particularly for students who distinguished themselves in their university studies and who have difficulty meeting their financial needs for the duration of the Master's. It is however necessary that the candidates have sufficient financial means to support themselves during the complementary studies that may be required prior to enroll on the Master's degree.

The amount of the grant is CHF 1,600.- per month from 15 September to 15 July, for a duration not exceeding the regulation minimum period of the program (according to the program, one-and-a-half years or two years subject to deduction for paid placements or exempt semesters, if any). Abandonment of the program results in suspension of the grant.

Selection Procedure

Candidates complete the "UNIL Master's Grant" form and submit their application to the Office for socio-cultural affairs (SASC, Unicentre, University of Lausanne, CH-1015 Lausanne, info.sasc@unil.ch) by 15 December 2015 at the latest. The application is examined by the University Rectorate to determine whether the candidate is admissible. In the event of a positive decision, the application is forwarded by the SASC to the UNIL Faculty responsible for the Master's on which the candidate wishes to be enrolled. The Faculty selects applications and notifies the SASC of its opinion based on the candidate's qualities, motivation and suitability for the Master's program. The SASC forwards shortlisted applications to the selection committee which will award grants to students meeting all criteria according to the available budget.

UBC Int'l Leader of Tomorrow Award at Canada for Bangladeshi Students
Bachelor Level.
Eligibility

Award candidates must be nominated by their current school or college/university. To be considered for an International Leader of Tomorrow Award, students must:
-be admissible to the first choice program they are applying to, including meeting UBC’s English Language Admission Standard
-have an excellent academic record (at least an “A” average or equivalent standard)
-be an international student, who is neither a Canadian citizen nor a permanent resident of Canada, and who will be studying in Canada on a Canadian Study Permit (visa)
-demonstrate a level of financial need that would otherwise prevent them from pursuing a UBC degree.
-be entering a UBC undergraduate degree program from a recognized secondary school, college or other university.

Nomination packages must be postmarked by December 10, 2015. Nominees must also complete the online application for academic admission to UBC by December 10, 2015 and meet the UBC English Language Admission Requirement by January 31, 2016. Although applicants to UBC can specify two program choices in their application for admission, an International Leader of Tomorrow Award nomination will be considered only in relation to the nominee’s first choice program. Norwegian Quota Scholarship 2016 for Bangladeshi Students
Bachelor, Masters, PhD Level.
Eligibility

As a student, you must apply directly from your home country. You must have stayed at least one year in your home country directly prior to the planned course of study at the Norwegian university /university college.
To be eligible to apply for the Quota Scheme, you must be able to find your home country on this list.
All candidates should typically have the following basic qualifications: Secondary school certificates or a minimum two years of higher education from their home country. Some exceptions apply for certain professional educational courses at Bachelor's level.
Most of the study programs offered under the Quota Scheme are taught in English. Applicants who are not native English speakers therefore must document their proficiency in English. Requirements may differ between institutions and various study programs. Please see the university/university college's website for more details about language requirements.

Each student receives the same amount of money as a Norwegian student would do in an equivalent educational program. About 30 per cent of the amount is given as a grant and 70 per cent as a loan. However, the loan portion is waived when the student returns to his/her home country after completing the course of study. Normally, the financial support will not not exceed a time span of four years for one definite study plan, or a combination of two programs.

Traveling expenses for entry into Norway can be reimbursed (fixed price). Students can apply for one annual home visit if the educational program lasts more than one year, as well as financial support for travelling expenses for field work during the course of study. When the student returns home within 3 months after finishing the course, the cost of travelling home is covered by the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund.
