According to my observation: Students who gets F grade in a course (while some of his class mates getting A+) have problems other than academic problems.
Classes of all of the courses are held regularly according to the class routine.
More over lecture sheets are given to the students regularly.
Teachers also discuss all of the topics regularly in the classes.

What they have to do is attend the classes attentively and study the materials regularly.

If a student fails it means he has not studied his class materials. We can assume that if a student fails - they have problem with their day to day schedule. Like waking up late in the morning or more engaged in activities other than academic etc.
Again a student may have been sick. For this the student may not be able to study. Which has led him to obtain a F grade.

To overcome the non-academic problems students should have a regular schedule in their personal life. He has to allocate sufficient time to study at home. (Outside the classes)
He should have a better schedule in his day to day life. For example if a student wakes up early in the morning he will be able to attend his scheduled classes on time, all day long. 
He should also have a regular schedule for studying outside the class time.

According to my opinion: If a student follows a regular schedule, allocating sufficient time for studying then it will be difficult for him to fail.

Different organizations and offices emphasize a lot to reduce wastage by their employees. We have to keep in mind that we should avoid wastage not only at our work places, we should also avoid wastage at our home (Personal life). We have to bear in mind that what we waste - was produced in many stages. For example if we waste paper, it does not mean that we have wasted only a paper. To produce a paper, raw materials were required. It was collected from nature. Many trees had been cut down for it. Again different chemicals were used to produce it. It required fresh water and electricity to produce it. Different machines were used to produce it. By wasting paper we are wasting all of them.
But the most important point is - it required our money to buy it which has at least required some time to earn. This is an example of wastage of a single item. In the same way we can consider downwards for every material we consume. Food, Clothes, Furniture - everything. We have to remember every material requires raw material, machine, power and finally working hours. During the production process it affects our nature.
Even if we consume more than required - it can be also considered as wastage. If we consume clothes three times we require - means we are consuming not only ours - we are consuming materials of our next three generations.   
By wasting we are not only wasting the hard wastes. We are wasting our time - part of our life.
(In factories and production plants, they seriously care about wastage. Wastage leads to loss which could be our asset. At first in USA they were counting no. of defects in Hundreds while in Japan they were counting no. of defects in millions. Defects means rework and losses. Now the concept for production plants through out the world is "NO DEFECTS AT ALL".)

ক্লাস ৭ - ৮ এ সাইন্স সাবজেক্টে আমাদের খাদ্য পিরামিড পড়ানো হয়েছিলো। ঘাস ফড়িং - ঘাস খায়। আবার ব্যাঙ ঘাস ফড়িঙকে খায়। ব্যাঙকে খায় পরিশেষে সাপ।
আবার একটি সাপ একাধিক ব্যাঙ খায়। একাধিক ব্যাঙ অনেক গুলো ঘাসফড়িঙ খায়। আর অনেক গুলো ঘাস ফড়িং সংখ্যায় প্রচুর ঘাস খায়। এই ভাবে খাদ্য ও খাদককে তাদের সংখ্যা অনুযায়ী একটি ত্রিভুজাকৃতির পিরামিডে সাজানো হয়।
খাদ্য পিরামিডের নীচের দিকে অবস্থিত জীবেদের খেয়ে পিরামিডের উপরের দিকের জীবেরা বেঁচে থাকে। কি আশ্চর্যজনক ভাবে পিরামিডের নিচের জীবগুলোর বংশ বৃদ্ধির হার উপরের জীব গুলোর তুলোনায় অনেক বেশী।
ঘাসের জন্মানোর হার ঘাস ফড়িং এর থেকে বেশী। ঘাস ফড়িং, ব্যাঙের তুলোনায় অনেক বেশী বংশবৃদ্ধি করে। ব্যাঙের বংশবৃদ্ধি হয় সাপের তুলোনায় অনেক বেশী। অর্থাৎ খাদ্যের বংশবৃদ্ধির হার সবসময় খাদকের তুলোনায় অনেক বেশী।
এইভাবেই খাদ্য ও খাদকের সংখ্যার বালেন্স করা আছে।
কেউ কেউ বলেন যে বিবর্তনের মাধ্যমে জীব এসেছে - তারা কি ভেবে দেখেন না জীবের সাথে সাথে তাদের খাদ্যও কিভাবে ঠিক করা আছে। খেয়ে ফেলার পরে তা হজম করার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট এনজাইম পেটের মধ্যে নির্গত হয়। পরিশেষে কি সুন্দর ভাবে খাদ্য ও খাদকের সংখ্যা ব্যালেন্স করা আছে এক এক জীবের এক এক রকম বংশবৃদ্ধির হারের মাধ্যমে।
