Very often we use products that cause our hair fall rather than retain it. Here are some of the tips that we can follow:
1. Use normal shampoo. Let's not use anti dandruff. Because the element Zinc might cause hair fall.
2. Use shampoo daily or every alternate day. Keep your hair always clean.
3. Eat anti oxidant foods. Carrots, nuts, beans, and cabbage contain a lot of anti oxidant elements. Eat vegetables. Avoid red meat, make a habit of eating fish more and more.
4. Take vitamin C, A, and E. Remember Vitamin E doesn't work without vitamin C. So take food that contain all these vitamins.
5. Never never never use any external products that promise to hair growth. This is a false promise. I am a worst sufferer of having used external hair growth products.
