DECENTRALIZATION.
« on: January 23, 2012, 04:39:53 PM »
DECENTRALIZATION is one of urgent need for making Dhaka city problem free.

"Stop pressuring Dhaka City" should be a slogan for all the city dweller.

If all the economic,educational, social and other institution of government and private authorities of Dhaka city could be scatted everywhere of our country,then the city will have less pressure and we can lead a healthy life.

we can get rid out of ugly traffic jam first time.

Being Dhaka - the capital city, every thing runs around it. So decentralization concept ( as you expecting) is simply impossible. Good solution is to find the co city in near Dhaka and appoint some deputy father to govern to the city so that current situation can be reduce but these problems are never ending.

If Government makes ten or hundred flyovers surrounding the city,therefore the problem of traffic jam and other hazardous problems of Dhaka city will never be solved. And to apply Decentralization is not so easy in reality. It's in our dream project.

However it's a digital age. If we became fully digital in each sector of the social institution in far future,it would not be impossible to be decentralized.Then the whole population of Bangladesh can get the sweet benefit of Decentralization because our whole Bangladesh is a big and for every need village people have to come in Dhaka city. But we need a vast plan or a adapted programmer or leader to lead this program for the future.

Decentralization policy may give us the relief from traffic congestion till the days when other cities are not saturated with these congestion. But when Bangladesh is decentralized, can we be able to arrange enough space for the additional population that every year is adding to?

So,with decentralization we should also think of population control so seriously.

good point
Be gentle and you can be bold but also let people feel, the steadiness of your resentment;
be frugal and you can be liberal;
avoid putting yourself before others and you can become a leader among men.
