PURPOSE OF THE JOB
They’re looking for a talented and successful Marketing and Communications Officer, with a solid track record and at least two years’ experience in marketing and communications field in a reputed organization.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and articulate brand and marketing campaign strategy based on the project/organization’s need and agreed objective.

• Identify opportunities in line with audience insight and create marketing & communications campaigns, and develop planning across all possible audience touch-points.
• Spearhead the co-ordination of marketing communication development process along with budget forecasting.
• Ensure on-time preparation of the multi-channel campaign plan, ensuring consistency and accuracy of key objectives.
• Be responsible for campaign evaluation. Track & report the results to the stakeholders.
• Deliver market/category analytics, audience insights linking to brand marketing practices relevant to ICT Sector.
• Be an active and effective member of the marketing & communications team, contributing to successful delivery of marketing outputs for different projects.
• Contribute in the creative development phase of new outputs under different projects - as and when marketing and communications’ involvement is required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university with at least 2 years’ experience in marketing function, preferably with a reputed organization.
• Strong strategic thinking capability with communication skills.
• Sound understanding on key marketing & communications trends, audience insights and relevant industry practices.
• Strong hold in audience insight mapping linking to brand marketing development process.
• Experience in agency management and event management.
• Strong analytical and planning skills (able to synthesize information and generate plans accordingly)
• Expert relationship management skills (ensuring needs of all critical stakeholders are met)
